Excellent hotel nearby JR Wakkanai station. Hotel has a hot spring onsen as well. However, on my last night, although the hotel promised new towels when you chose not to clean the room, they did not provide new towels.

This was a last minute booking as I cancelled the booking for another hotel by mistake and did not realise until I was at the other hotel itself. Dormy Inn is very convenient, less than 8 minutes to JR Wakkanai. The rooms are quite small and sparsely furnished but still comfortable for our family. Enough power plugs all over the room but no UDB charging points so remember to bring your travel adapters. What the room lacks in amenities, the facilities more than make up for it. There is FREE ramen every night from 9.30pm at the hotel restaurant, so we simply bought a some food from the seica mart at JR wakkanai and eat before the restaurant opens at night. On top of this, there is of course the roof top onsen. We like in particular the outdoor part of the onsen where you can enjoy the snow falling onto you while you soak in the pool. After the onsen bath you can help yourself to the free ice cream outside the men's and ladies' onsen. There is also a small manga library between these 2 onsens too. We loved our stay here and will be glad to stay here again if we go to wakkanai again.

Staff are friendly and the breakfast is one of the best in Wakkanai. Good location too!

Great stay. Room was very clean and they have a lovely and stylish onsen on the 10th floor. They gave us a complementary dessert with the room.

We had a great experience. Even though the website and the confirmation email said kids are not allowed, our family of three (9 year old kid) was welcomed heartily. The kid was even given a kid size slipper and other goodies. The on-site Onsen was excellent. Rooms were nice and clean with great view. Hotel staff were kind, professional and friendly. Highly recommended for anyone staying in Wakkanai!

A very good hot spring （Indoor and outdoor）. They are located on Top floor Which is beautiful. You got a Free ice bal and milkl， You could get Free noodles at night as well.， Very convenient.

The place was perfect for me. Its located in a great location to move around Wakkania and sight see.

The service staff at the counter were young but inexperienced. They only gave priority to using the translator. I saw that the payment displayed on the platform was different from the on-site requirements, so I communicated with it and called Trip myself. Although I had no objection later, I paid. But when I entered the room, the so-called extra charge for children's accommodation, the room still only had pillows, bath towels, and yukata for adults, which was completely different from what other hotels provided when I started traveling in Japan on July 8. You also need to call the front desk for assistance. The strangest thing is that there is only one trash can, which is very inconvenient when taking a shower or going to the toilet. Fortunately, I canceled another Dome Hotel in Tanukikoji. The ramen was good and the popsicles were delicious, but the basics left me shaking my head, and holiday accommodation isn't cheap.

This is a pretty good hotel in Wakkanai. There is an open-air hot spring on the top floor. Parking is 700 a day. There is a good restaurant nearby. I went there for two consecutive days. If you go late, you have to wait in line. Overall, it is great.

The northernmost port town in Japan, when I was about to arrive at the JR station, I met a cute deer and was surprised. The hotel is only a few minutes' walk from the station and close to the port, making it very convenient to visit Rishiri Island and Rebun Island. The Tenboku-no-Yu hot spring on the rooftop washed away the fatigue of the journey. I hope to stay here again next time

I visited Wakkanai at the end of May and it was quite cold due to the rain. The public bath in the hotel is good. Although the rooms are not very new, they are the best accommodation in Wakkanai. Not far from the station, it takes about 5 minutes to walk to the North Breakwater. The taxi fare to the airport is about 4,800 yen.
