Awesome hotel right on the next beach in Hainan. Epic service from icy Ye as always who upgraded us to a massive villa literally on the beach 10 meters from the ocean.

The best part of our Hainan trip by FAR! Amazing beach and sunset bar, and the buffet breakfast was one of the best we’ve had in China. The staff are super friendly and helpful, and make it a pleasure being there. We didn’t want to leave! Thank you for a great experience.

A modern hotel with good amenities. The hotel is quiet far from any shops or restaurants. They offer 2 restaurants at the hotel, a gym and small shop. The hotel has enough to do for a relaxing stay if you want somewhere to lay by a pool. The hotel has two pools, only one is open during the day, the other opens after 4.30pm. There are comfortable loungers and umbrellas to relax by the pool. The rooms are tidy, clean and well air conditioned with a balcony to relax on. There is a large breakfast buffet with plenty of choice, however the coffee machine does not work well right now. The restaurants offer a Chinese or foreign option, although many English translations are grossly incorrect. It seems the restaurants and cafe are there if needed, but the quality of service is not considered a priority. The cafe takes nearly an hour to bring some fries and orange juice (we tried the cafe a few times, always the same amount of time). Translations for tomato salad was met with egg rice noodles.. Chicken fajitas were met with a chicken mayo wrap... We were there for 1 week, things out of stock were not replenished throughout the whole time. The staff were friendly, reception was helpful and attentive, though some extremely nervous about trying to communicate with foreigners. In all, the facilities are good, but they are not prepared for foreigners, I expected different from a Hilton hotel. We did not dislike our stay, but wouldn't pay the price being charged, some cheaper hotels offer similar facilities at a fraction of the cost, in an area near shops, restaurants and beaches.

Location is great, directly at the beach. The hotel tries to satisfy any possible need for extra money. You can book surfing courses - otherwise swimming in the sea is forbidden for unknown reasons - rent quads or fly with a small tourist helicopter. Needless to mention the noise level you have to expect at the beach. Relaxing is not easy, as there’s also loud music from the beach bar all day plus a merry-go-round for children. Dinners are accompanied by even louder live band. Dinner is overpriced and quality low. Same in the neighbor hotel “Four Points by Sheraton”, which additionally has extremely poor service. We also had a construction site under our window and experienced low flexibility of the hotel management. One very positive thing to mention is the breakfast and the service personnel in the main restaurant. Bring everything you need, because there’s nothing nearby to buy daily needs. Also, the next external restaurant is really far.

The parent-child suite I stayed in this time was a surprise. I read the evaluation before booking and said that the room was very old and there was still some drumming in my heart. I felt the quality of the hotel professionals from the call with Manager Zheng Ya the day before check-in. Manager Zheng Ya from understanding our occupancy staff to breakfast coordination. It was so touching. When I entered the room, it exceeded expectations. The hotel room can be maintained to such a degree for so many years. It can be imagined that the management of the hotel is absolutely top-notch. I will definitely choose to stay again next time I have the opportunity to come to Wanning.

Nothing to say about hotel services. The servers are attentive and responsible. Also very chatty. Everything in the hotel is good stuff. Especially quality. Even the paper box is made of leather. It's just that the facilities are a bit old. No one can stop the erosion of the years.

I booked the Grand Hyatt Shenzhou Peninsula Wanning on my first visit. If you have vacation plans but don’t want to make a strategy, you can just go ahead and do it! [Like R] The hotel is very big and is a resort type. There is a shuttle bus from the front desk to the room ~ there are many buses. I saw Baozi on 🍠 before saying that he had to wait for the bus, but I basically never encountered him this time [BajiR] The housekeeper is super attentive. I would like to praise Wendy. The sweet lady has a super nice and gentle attitude [Like R] [Like R] 📍Room: I booked a 2-night package. There is a courtyard on the first floor, which is more suitable for taking pictures. If you like the garden view, you can inform the hotel in advance (but if you pay attention to privacy, stay upstairs). I really like the fact that the room comes with a JBL audio speaker💕 📍Beach: Behind the hotel is the beach🏖️ within walking distance, but the wind is very strong! It is recommended not to go there after dark (there is no hair style at all). The Internet celebrity Shenzhou Lighthouse is 1.6km away. If you don’t want to walk, the battery car on the roadside is also 10/person. It takes about 2-3 minutes to get there~🌅 Breakfast: Personally, I think the breakfast at Grand Hyatt China is pretty good. The buffet restaurant has a wide variety. From 7:30 to 10:30, there are two restaurants🍴The fish restaurant has more variety, but if you go too late, you will queue up. Tips: There are many Internet celebrity shops dedeco and Corona Beach Bar near the hotel, which can be reached on foot. The Shenzhou Peninsula is a relatively new area, and most shops and restaurants are purely open for tourists. You will see many restaurants with high ratings but average taste and high prices [Disappointed R] If you want to eat authentic taste, you have to go to Xinglong (🚗30min)

這家酒店是在萬寧體驗感最棒的酒店，從管家到前台到餐廳，工作人員都是特別親切熱情，有求必應，房間也很乾凈舒適，最重要的是早晚餐都是給搭配好的，早餐還可以提前預訂，食材新鮮，搭配豐富，口味非常棒，比一般的自助餐要好吃，舒適，都是提前預訂用餐時間，酒店會提前備餐，這種模式非常好！雖然酒店不大，但服務堪比海底撈，小而精緻，面面俱到，小朋友也玩兒的很開心，下次還選這家！

The hotel was very nice and staff very friendly They upgraded my room upon arrival. Breakfast was great. There was 2-3 restaurants in the resort area to choose from and food was good, plus served nicely. However hotel was a little far from beach and other services, around 4-5km. And no good public pool for swimming either.
