We stayed in this hotel for two nights; at our arrival we found that the hotel is not equipped with a parking for its customers that is not payable, which personally never happened, And the price, among other things, is almost the amount we paid for a week of car rental. My room reservation was aimed at choosing a larger bed and what we found was a bed from a half-short, very uncomfortable square. Comfortable-ish, but will not return. This is a rental flat apartment complex near Wilanow. It’s far from the city center, can be done with public transportation (bus stop a few steps away) in ~ 40-60 minutes, or with a taxi in 15-30 minutes. There is a Zabka a few minutes walk away but nothing else nearby. On the plus, the surroundings are quiet. My flat (“premium”) was reasonably sized (not large), had a double bed, wardrobe, nice bath (with washing machine – think only the premium flats have these) and a kitchenette – double hob, sink, small fridge (no freezer…) and a microwave. No oven. Lighting was nice and bright, bit of a lack of natural light (inexplicably small and high window in kitchenette). Set out a bit like a studio flat. Enough storage space, wifi worked fine. The furnishings are mid-level Ikea quality, which is a shame – could be much nicer. Maintenance could be better – door lock was dodgy, curtains did not fully close. The real problem is no soundproofing. There was only a regular door separating my flat and the one next door – could hear their conversations as though they were in my flat. Noise travels easily from the flat above – an insomniac in the flat above decided to move all the furniture around at 11pm every night…. In fairness, the price was low so this does represent fair VFM. However, next time I’ll stick to the city center – with a hotel that has decent soundproofing. If you do go – get an upper-floor room.

The hotel is in one of the most convenient places in downtown Warsaw. At the center but at a very quiet place. It is based on communist architecture but though it keeps this character in the lobby, as it has to do, for keeping the historical memory alive it is modern and with all comforts. The room was very clean and with excellent wi-fi. There is always a bottle of water, coffee, and tea. And warm water all day. I would like to mention in particular the kindness of the personnel, especially at the reception. They were great. Though all of them were very helpful I would like to mention in particular Mrs. Antonina. She makes the guests feel comfortable and solves any problem without making it seem serious. I would like also to congratulate the gentleman who was responsible to care for the suitcases. He does his work perfectly. Great price for value. Fully recommended!

The hostel is really super and directly at the old town. The next bus stop is about 200m away. To Warsaw Centralna you are running about 40 minutes or you just take the bus or the metro. The staff is very friendly and helpful. You get tips for food and activities. Also, from the hostel is always offered programs on Wednesday to Sunday evening. In the garden/terrace you can easily meet other travelers. We were in a double room and that was really nice. It was clean and had a closet and shower and toilet. Unfortunately, the water pressure in the third floor was very low and the mattress was already somewhat through. Eating is not available in the hostel except for snacks, but some drinks. The kitchen is very clean and has largely everything you need. As well, lift is helpful when you bring baggage. All in all despite the two small “deficiencies” very recommended. I would book it again.

Reason : some make-up on towels No information at all.. just withdrawal the money for your account. The could write anytime to us via the booking information... But nothing... The just withdrawal you money😨😨 As a traveller I strongly advis you to find another place when in Warsaw in Poland. ----SCAM ALERT !!!---

Stayed here during the pandemic mid July. Takes the pandemic very seriously. Mask wearing enforced. Sanitizer everywhere. This was important for us as one of us had an operation while here. Wifi has different connections depending on what area of hotel you are in. 1 for room, 1 for hotel area, 1 for bar. We had no problem video calling and binging on netflix. Staff are lovely, rooms and hotel very clean. Food is lovely in the restaurant. Breakfast is what you expect. Eggs, sausage, bacon, cold ham, cheese, tomatoes and some polish choices. Pastries & rolls, variety of teas & coffees. Uber will deliver to the hotel room door. (We weren't venturing too far from the hotel). I'd definitely recommend a stay here. No housekeeping during pandemic (suited us and dont know if we asked would they clean the room), everything that isnt essential is removed from the room but a quick call to reception and they have whatever you want to your door. They are that fast, dont take a quick trip to the bathroom, you wont have time. They are at your door in lightening speed. Its impressive. You leave your rubbish or dirty towels etc outside the room door and the staff collect them. Used taxis to get into Warsaw (afraid to get on the bus or metro due to surgery) cost about 10e. Great social distancing. The Polish are definitely taking the pandemic seriously. Felt safer here than at home.

Hotel rooms are clean and clean. However, there is no water in them where the mineral bottle seems to be a standard. There is no glass room, so only a plastic cups are available. Support in the reception with the weakest cell. You are not interested in guests chewing the second breakfast, no contact with eyesight. The parking fee was doubled, but after the mention the amount was returned, but I didn't hear a word sorry, or even a gram of confusion that the service pages. It is clean, affordable and a good location, but it is definitely not enough to consider the hotel a good one.

Location is 10 km from center of Warsaw, so if you want to go downtown by foot, forget it. You wont be able to see anything from Warsaw, unless you use a taxi. We came by car, and whwn we asked for ticket for parking garage, receptionist told us that we must go to reception each time we want to go out with our car. So, if we have to go 5 times to the town, we will need to ask each time a new ticket for parking. If you think that this is because they have a guard in the garage, some extra security devices or similar. Forget it. They just have a comon cameras which I dont beleive that work at all. So if you have an expencive car, you left it on your responsibility. When we enter into a room, dissapointment was complete. Card for entering a room is the same card you have to use for the electricity, meaning that when you left a room, refrigirater will be swich off, your mobile will stop charging the batery, etc. Beside that, there is only one place to switch on the lap top, or camera, or similar device. When you search room for business travel, this is more than insuficient. Plug in beside the bed are so low that you have to put mobile on the floor in order to charge it. Carpets are dirty and with stains. There are also stains on both armchairs. Tea set is settled in the darked corner of the room, so that you cant se what are you doing. Light switches are mixed up, so when you are laying in bed you must stand up from bed to switch off the light, which make the bed lamps useless. There is no bathrobe, there is no slippers, there is no soap, or shampoo (just gel for showerbath). Space in the shower cabin is without plastic or rubber protection on the floor, so you can break you legs, because the floor is enormously slippy. Air condition in the room is not adjustable, so, either you will freeze, or you will be boiled. This hotel must be ranked with 2 stars at most.
