كان فندقا في قمة الروعه جميل جدا من كل النواحي نظيف وجديد وبه فعاليات لقد كان الاستقبال بشوشين وسريعين في الاجراءات وتم اخذي جوله بالمكان وتعريفي به بالبدايه وبمرفقاته وساعات الخدمه به هناك غرف على اطلاله رائعه وغرفه واحده فوق شجره كبيره وغرفه فوق مبنى الاستقبال جميعها كانت مدهشه ولكن كانت غرفتي هي الخاصه ذات حمام سباحه خاص وهي غرفه بصاله مساحتها كبيره وبها كل الخدمات مجانيه مثل النتفليكس واليوتيوب والميني بار والقهوه والشاي والسرير مريح جدا ايضا كان البوفيه نظيف ومرتب وبع انواع متنوعه من الطعام انهم رائعين

Our stay was a pleasant experience overall. The room came with a jacuzzi, which had a few minor cracks but worked perfectly well. While the cleanliness of the room didn’t fully meet the 5-star standard I was expecting, it was still quite satisfactory. The room service was exceptional, and the staff went out of their way to make us feel welcome. Sunitha and Sahil from the Ayurvedic spa were outstanding, making it a highly recommended part of our stay. The food was delicious, and the entire experience made the resort a must-visit destination. Highly recommend!

Brilliantly skilled massagers and excellent overall care. Nice ambiance and easy to schedule on our choice of time. We availed it for our entire family and all of us enjoyed and also felt beneficial. An authentic Ayurveda experience. Hats off to the team

Me and my wife were pleasantly surprised with Jungle Bay Resort's welcome and hospitality. The room was neat and tidy with an excellent balcony view(Not to be seen anywhere in Wayanad). The quiet and cool atmosphere made us relax and enkoy our stay. All the staffs, from the security till the manager hhave an unbelievable attitude and politeness. During the day we were out for sightseeing, they even packed some food for us for free. The campfire at night was a blessing. And what to say about the spa. Never seen before. I will recommend you to visit this paradise and drop all your plans.Only 1 small and negligible drawback, maybe they need to move to a heated pool as the water is too cold as the pool view was soo tempting.

One of our memorable trips ever. Awesome experience, wonderful stay, neat and comfortable rooms, and best staff serving with Smile. Must say, food was served fast and tasty Also big thanks for accommodating our pet puppy Mia. Suggest to make it a pet friendly place.

Service was excellent and staffs are very cooperative. Property is maintained very well and breakfast was delicious . Bathrooms were smaller size compared to similar properties. We a family of 8 members are satisfied overall. Thanks jobi for suggesting the resort.
