We had booked a sky villa for two nights in this resort. Coming to the experience, it was not good. We had requested the resort to arrange for a candle light dinner but it was not up to the mark. It became worse the next day when there was a maintenance scheduled for around 6 hours to clean the water filter tank during our stay and the resort staff had no proper back up plans to provide water for the shower. We had to wait for three hours after their maintenance for water and there was no hot water. The hot water was available at 9 am the next day. The staff promised to send water through the bucket but did not do so. There were also minor power issues during our stay. There's also spa services available. We tried a full body massage but it was okay. Apart from the issues above, the room was good with a spacious bathroom. It had a nice view from the balcony but that's the only positive from our stay. Coming to the food, it was okay. They had a limited menu during dinner and you had to order it before an hour or two. The breakfast was good though. Overall, it was not worth the money.
