出行選擇了淡季中的淡季，人超級少，包場～園區管理的不錯，大門口不能隨意出入，所以住客即使衹有我們四個姑娘，相對安心，房間地暖是每間房單獨開關的，最好早點辦入住，就可以早點打開地暖了。服務人員挺好的，小姑娘很有耐心，中式裝修，中規中矩

房間硬件設施很棒，地暖給力。自有園區很大，適合家庭親子休閑遊玩，希望多向客人介紹自己擁有的設施設備，以便充分享受這些配套的服務。建議假期期間適當延長早餐時間，這樣可以適當分散人流密度，會加分不少。

定下酒店後看到差評還挺多的，有一點擔心，到了之後仔細檢查了房間，衞生設施都挺過關的，讓我這個潔癖放心了。感謝前台給升級了套房，於是我們擁有了火車景觀套房，性價比頓時升級，酒店很新，茶具很好用，礦泉水特別好而且給得特別足，除了牙刷不是軟毛的和牙膏不是一次性的之外其他都值得大大好評。提出幾點服務上的不足望改進：第一天早餐趕上了停電，餐廳一片混亂，估計整個酒店停電了有半小時，應急處理能力略有不足；我明明留了字條讓不要動煙灰缸，打掃衞生阿姨還是把我放在煙灰缸裏的眼葯水給扔了，服務意識有待提升；另外我最最不滿意的是為什麼我們三人入住衹登記了一個人的身份證！住過這麼多酒店第一次遇到，這樣的安全管理漏洞希望一定一定要杜絕，太隨意了後患無窮！如果以上改進下次還會考慮入住。

酒店傢俱 潔具都很新，大廳也挺氣派的，整體裝修確實不錯！ 酒店後面有相當大的地方是公園類似的地方，很大很大，開車溜達到一半一看太遠就回來了🤣！ 唯一不足，是這個地點目前還是稍微偏僻一點，具體繁華的地區有2公里左右！ 整體不錯，推薦入住
