老闆人挺有個性脾氣不咋地廚房簡直震後現場床動一下就吱扭吱扭響傢俱全都是土泥本人應該不太愛講衞生門外堆滿雜物應該是還住了一個他的朋友朋友更有意思了長髮過眼眉看不見臉**作息凌晨一兩點打燈鍛鍊身體青年們都很有個性👍

缺點
第一配套設施不全
第二床上很臟 床罩被罩全部需要自己套
第三空調不涼快
第四男女共用一間衞生間 晚上洗澡需要等好久
第五沒有招牌 房子在小旮旯角特別難找
第六房東電話經常沒人接
第七房子裏遍地是房東的東西 特別亂！
第八沒有免費飲用水供應 想喝水需要自己下樓買
第九廁所馬桶挺破的而且廁所很亂 梳粧台更亂
第十隔音效果很差 外面能聽到宿舍裏面的聲音 私隱性挺差的

設施：齊全，很方便好用
衞生：比較乾淨，打掃的很仔細認真，被套啥的都是一次性的，用起來也很乾凈
環境：適合特種兵旅遊住，還可以寄存行李，也是非常nice的

訂10.1的房，才想起來評價。旅店的小哥很好，估計是個熱血青年，屋裡床品一人一換，是一次性的。因為前一天在煙台看日出感冒，後來威海之行就提前一天結束了，提前退了一天房，小哥也很大方的同意，不像有些店家還扯皮，祝生意興隆。
