I’ve stayed here so many nights over the last 11 years back from when it was first built and was the Ramada. As I stay so much I cannot fault the staff that I see in the day time, Arianna, Amy, Laura, and all the reception staff are lovely, very good at their jobs and are the only plus to this hotel. Standard of hotel outside the staff forget it. Tonight I’ve checked in, come to my room and they normally have single use plastic cups in the bathroom for some water overnight sealed in a foil, turns out tonight they have washed and reused old cups, I’m in an executive room where we used to get a bottle of water and a snack bar, nothing anymore. This was the only ihg hotel I knew of that didn’t offer spire or platinum members a snack with their welcome amenity for years, cheap skates, the whole hotel is run as cheap as possible. My conclusion is this hotel is run by profit hungry people who don’t care about service. As I say I stay here a lot and I really feel that some of the staff are great, they could do so much better than working in this hotel where the management just want to make quick money. An embarrassment to the ihg brand. I still have to stay here as it’s the local hotel to my work, but the management all need sacking and the whole thing starting again from the management up.

We have just come back from a 2 night stay. We chose this hotel as its a 30 minute drive from Wembley and wasn't expensive like the other hotels. We arrived 2 hours early for check in however the gentleman at reception checked us in no problem and gave us access to our room. Our room was a good size with a double bed and additional pull out sofa bed. The room was very clean and tidy and had everything we needed for our stay such as an iron, kettle, hairdryer and towels. There was even a little sign in the bathroom letting us know if we had forgotten anything just let them know. Breakfast both days was lovely with plenty of choice. It did get busy towards the end but we were advised of this on check in. We didn't get back from Wembley till 3am this morning but after a quick email to reception at half 7, they sorted out late check out so we could have a bit more sleep before our 4.5 hour journey home. The staff here work so hard and it seemed to be the same 2 faces our entire 3 day stay. I honestly don't know how they do it and keep smiling. Nothing was too much trouble for them. We will definitely return.

My line manager had booked the room for me as my IHG account wasn’t approved yet by my GM and I was greeted by Zahr if I spelt that right, I do apologise if I’ve spelt that wrong, he was very friendly, he did his job by trying to figure out if I was an employee of holiday inn, which he did his checks and my information had come back correct, I left earlier that night and come back and I was still greeted with a friendly welcome from him. It’s been a pleasure to stay with the holiday inn, my room was cleaned to perfection and I’ve had no issues, Zahr deserves to be employee of the month if that’s a thing here.
