❶老闆注意了，你們酒店白天這個前台，是故意的吧，不想上班就不要來，把上班的氣發顧客身上。對顧客叫囂，威脅，態度極差。這種人早點開除吧。敗壞酒店名聲，影響草塘旅遊業發展。再也不想來了。
❷前台亂收費。不提前告知具體費用。127入住的，説1-5點退房收半天房費。（127的一半63.5元）。收了我們84，退房給我們説原價168👍👍
沒按原價住半天的11個小時，要按原價收半天錢。更厲害的是我下單原價原價也不是168，她自己在單子上加了一個168

景區裏，非常安靜，裝修的古色古香，2層樓的小院子，房間帶陽台，陽台外景色怡人。就是天氣太冷了，要不露台上喝點小酒聊聊天很愜意
