The property does have an elevator however it’s located four on the north end of the property. So if you Get a room upstairs and have a lot of luggage, I highly recommend getting a room closer to the elevator.

She also told me to take some pictures of the damage that was done to the suitcase during the transport and send them to her email address. I turned in the completed incident report and I also sent the pictures to her email address. She told me that she would give the incident report to a woman named Susan Carver. She also stated that she would send the pictures to Susan Carver's email address and that Susan Carver would contact me before the week was over to discuss the damage that was done to my suitcase. It is now September 24th and Susan Carver never called me. No one from the Grand Canyon Hotel has contacted me. A warning to anyone who does stay at the Grand Canyon Hotel when you plan a trip to the Grand Canyon. You might also have the same thing happen to your luggage that happened to mine.

We get up in the night to go get some dinner come back we’re locked out And at this point i go up to the front desk and they say that my card was declined I also received a missed call at 9:58 in the morning I return the phone call 1130 the person Ivon. also acted as though she did not call me no clue so nobody informed me until I was locked out. it was embarrassing to be in front of other customers and treated as though I was trash and made to feel disgusting and I don’t appreciate it as a veteran I served this country honorably, and my girlfriend made to feel like she was below standard. I went down informed management the owner and the other manager as well. And they treated me like I was incompetent, and aggressive, by informing them of the problem. And the total lack of respect from the staff is beyond my comprehension. I would be very cautious about staying here they seem to be able to charge you whatever they feel they want and lie about it and I will include the price difference in the pictures to show the public.
