Wuhan Jinting Hotel (Wuhan Guangxutun Subway Station)

The receptionist was very nice; many test-takers booked this place. It would be more comfortable if the soundproofing were better.

The room was clean and the service was excellent. Thumbs up! I'll definitely come again.

"A hotel with poor reservation management, violation of accommodation policy, and poor customer service." When I arrived, there was no one there, and no one answered until I knocked on the door of one of my rooms. When the man who answered said there was no reservation, he angrily almost turned me away. The hotel had no reservation management system, so I could tell who was coming and when. The hotel had no qualifications. Then they told me they couldn't accommodate guests who didn't speak Chinese. The Trip.com website states that guests from all over the world are welcome, which is a violation of their accommodation policy. I realized halfway through that my reservation was valid, but I was forced to pay a NT$100 deposit, which wasn't stated on the Trip.com website. I was told I wouldn't be allowed to stay unless I paid, which is also a violation of their accommodation policy. Their attitude improved slightly the next day, but there was no apology whatsoever. These are the man's comments and customer service. I stayed in a single room without a shower. The cleanliness and amenities were as described in the reviews. The location was close to the subway and bus. Convenience stores and restaurants were also close by. The location was fine. All the problems were the man's. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for people who don't want to be treated like this by men.

The owner is very nice and welcoming; I felt right at home.
