When checking out, I asked the front desk for an invoice. I provided the billing information and my email address, but 36 hours later, I still hadn't received it. The hotel room maintenance was quite poor, but the river view room offered a fantastic view. The all-day dining restaurant on the third floor also had amazing scenery; we could watch the sunrise and the traffic on the bridge during breakfast. The breakfast wasn't as extensive as Marriott's offerings, and personally, I'm not a fan of the Hilton hotel scent. The lobby bar had a very limited selection of drinks. What was most unbelievable was that the staff at the main entrance wouldn't even help open the car door, but instead just stared at the guests.
