He’s place to stay in Wuhan. Rooms are big, clean and staff is so efficient. The hotel is so technologically high end. Loved staying here. Will definitely recommend to anyone who wants to visit Wuhan to stay here. Also it’s quite affordable. The only push back was the staff didn’t know much English. But I was mildly fluent so it was ok for me. For my parents who didn’t know a word of Chinese the staff was so helpful in anyway possible despite the language barrier. Loved our stay here.

We are from the US and enjoyed our stay at Atour S Wuhan. The breakfast included Chinese and Western options, so delicious. There was a good coffee machine. The staff helped us with ordering a taxi. The bed was very comfortable. It was about a 12 minute walk from a subway station. I would stay there again.

Nice modern boutique hotel which is about 10-15minutes walk to ChuHan shopping street. It will be good if cars can enter their driveway to board or alight as it is really inconvenient when it’s raining. Check-in wasn’t that welcoming as the concierge was spending a long while to figure out my nationality from the passport. I had arrived at 3am and super tired and hence do not appreciate this. Overall it was a pleasure stay for me.

The service was excellent, especially the front desk girl (TABOO楚依) was super helpful, she helped us book taxi, sort out printing and give very useful directions for getting around the area! The breakfast was nice, the room was spacious and clean. I would definitely come back again when back in the region and would highly recommend the hotel!

The hotel is I think the best in town, for price, and everything it’s offers. First, service is impeccable, warm, attentive , thoughtful. They delivered all our food takeouts to our rooms. When we left they packed us food for the road. Then, rooms are clean and with everything needed, the only thing to pick, is one of the TV ( we had tow tvs in the room) had bad connections. There was a massage chair in the room , and a tea set ( a full Cantonese tea set). I love the fact their toilet is separated from the shower. And there’s a free parking for guests in the building. Breakfast selection was great too! Definitely recommend it to all kinds of travellers.

It was my first time staying at Atour and I felt very good! The front desk service was serious and enthusiastic. Chu Yunfei has been taking care of me these days and took the initiative to help solve problems, so I renewed my order twice in a row. I may continue to stay here. The biggest surprise is that the toiletries are LeLabo. Although they don't have exclusive fragrances like Fairmont and Park Hyatt, it's a real surprise to see them in Atour.

A very satisfying stay. The front desk staff was very enthusiastic and greeted us every time we entered and exited. We needed an extra pair of slippers, which were immediately delivered to the room. They also prepared hot water for us when we left. I highly recommend this store.
