This is a small and cute ”bird” shop. Bird elements can be seen everywhere, which is very cute. The location is very good, right outside the Northwest Lake and Wansongyuan. The location is convenient and the attitude of the front desk is very good. Manager Cheng who received me and Xiao Xiao who checked out were very enthusiastic and introduced all the surrounding food. Unfortunately, the time was too short. , I couldn’t taste them all, but I’m still very grateful to them. The drinks in the hotel room refrigerator are free, which is really considerate. For a family trip, I chose Jinjiang this time because I have lived there before on a business trip, and I have a good impression. Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

The environment and location are good. The front desk staff of Lucy and Elvin are very helpful and especially helped us to bring our heavy and big suitcases to their main entrance for taxi to airport because there are so many stair steps which are not user friendly for our elders to walk up and down with heavy suitcases. Also we would like to thank for one lady she (陳四妹) works in the restaurant where provided for breakfast. She is so helpful and kindness to us during our breakfast time since we could not speak well Mandarin but she is willing to help us on the food.

We had a great time at this hotel. Located central to everything. Desk staff were nice and housekeeping did an excellent job of taking care of and cleaning the room daily. It’s only a 2 minute walk to the famous pedestrian street. We never ate at the hotel because food services by the hundreds were just across the street. Very happy with our stay here and would return again in the future. Wonderful.

Hotel is in a good location. Right near a shopping street with some night markets and plenty of food around. I booked a city view room but was given a room with a view of the inside of the building. The room was big and spacious but the carpet smelled bad which made the room smell like an old pair of socks. Bed was clean and shower was clean. Overall not a bad stay but I saw other rooms on my way out that were much cleaner and nicer. I paid extra for the city view but didn’t get it. So a bit of a waste of money. Other friends that stayed here on same day for free upgrade and paid half what I paid and also got the city view. Not worth paying extra I think. Breakfast was not worth it. Better to eat nearby. Overall the hotel is a bit old and I would say probably a 2.5-3 star. Needs a good clean, some new carpet and some better food for the breakfast. Looks good in the photos but I guess I was just unlucky with the room.
