Good location downtown and close to MixC shopping centre. Hotel itself is a bit 90s in style and could do with an update/refresh but has been kept in pretty good condition considering. Room clean enough and very spacious. Breakfast was underwhelming, with fairly limited options for a five star hotel. Service decent.

Booked a river view executive room but the executive lounge wasn't in operation. In exchange, evening drinks and snacks were served in the lobby cafe. Rather unimpressive.

This is a little bit harsh in the hotel, but had paid extra for the executive sweet, only to be told after I checked in that all the facilities were closed. I don't live very far from this hotel, but was hoping to enjoy the spa and the executive lounge after a football tournament close by. All the facilities, spa, swimming pool, gym, sauna were all closed. Even the executive lounge was off limits. This was not mentioned when booking and I was unable to get any refund. It's a lovely hotel, but they really struggle to clarify if anything is actually operational post covid.

While the hotel itself was fine (bit run down and in need of maintenance) and the staff was friendly and helpful, it was frustrating that every single activity for kids (except the soft play area) was extra charge. Also, both outdoor pools were empty and this was not mentioned anywhere before booking. This was disappointing as the kids looked forward to swimming. At least the indoor pool was open. The screen golf area was also changed to a kids arcade area, so no golf. Breakfast buffet was good and the executive lounge access is highly recommended.

It was my first time to come to Wuhan. A friend recommended this hotel. The whole experience was very good and I was very satisfied. The two ladies at the front desk were very enthusiastic and upgraded me to a suite. I also liked the environment and I was very happy. On the second day around 5:30 in the afternoon, I had a quarrel with the female manager at the gym, which affected my mood a bit, but fortunately the problem was solved in the end. I hope she can be more friendly to us when taking photos. In general, the hotel's sanitary environment and service are so good that I can ignore this episode. Because I like this hotel so much, I want to move to Wuhan. The nearby supermarkets are very close and convenient. The people of Wuhan are very good. Thank you to the front desk clerk. We had a fantastic stay at the Fairmont Wuhan to celebrate a birthday! The Guest Service Manager, Irina Guo, was extremely helpful and accommodating to make the experience extra special. The food and service at the hotel restaurant and bar, 1907, was first rate. Would strongly recommend a cocktail and dinner set. The service staff was made aware of the birthday by Ms.Guo, and Josie greeted us with a ”Happy Birthday” accompanied by a complimentary glass of champagne. The breakfast was also first rate with pretty much anything you could want. Following breakfast, we were greeted by another guest service staff member, Guillaume, who ensured we had everything we needed. It was truly the pinnacle of hotel service! 5 stars.

After checking in at Jiahua on my first day in Wuhan, I looked up and saw that there was a Wanda across the street, so I checked out of Jiahua for one night in advance and made the reservation. They are too small. The quality of the disposable toothbrush and comb is poor. The toothbrush is very hard and the wooden disposable comb has burrs. It would be better if these aspects were better.
