Hotels Near Panlongcheng Ecological Garden in Wuhan

We booked the Stairway Hotel at the Wuhan Tianhe Intl Airport because we had to catch a flight the next day and we didn’t want to travel in the morning. I found it exceptionally convenient for us because it’s location on Terminal 3, right where we our boarding gate was located. The room was clean and spacious for a family of 4, including an indoor balcony. The room comes with all essential toiletries and a bottled water. The breakfast had fruit, coffee, bread, pastries, warm food, and local breakfast specialties like hot dry noodles and deep-fried dough sticks. Even if the price is higher than hotels outside the airport, it was definitely worth it because of its convenient location and clean facilities.

i absolutely loveeddd my stay in this hotel. the ambience 10/10. the receptionist was so nice, she gave us free breakfast for the next morning. their customer service was so good too and the room looked exactly how it is on the website and even better you can take a lot of pictures in the lounge. a very affordable hotel with a 5 star rating from me. i’m definitely going to book again if i ever come again to wuhan🥹😍

The hotel is clean and in a very good location with convenience stores and restaurants near by. It also close to the Metro station, only 10 mins walk. Big hotel with all facilities you need.

I gave it all five stars, which is not really good. It's just because the service staff are so polite that I can't bear to give it a low rating. Many of them are problems with the hotel system and they can't do anything about it. advantage: 1. The environment is good and the equipment is new. It can be seen that everything is new and there are no signs of being old. 2. The breakfast environment is also good and very clean. The food is what you can get in other hotels (such as Jiji), and the aunt who cooks the noodles is very enthusiastic. 3. The location is okay. It’s not far from Jianghan Road Pedestrian Street. It takes about 10-15 minutes to walk. It’s not close at all. If you use the subway to get around, it’s fine. shortcoming: 1. The air conditioning in the lobby is very weak. It was even a bit stuffy while waiting for luggage on the day of check-out. The corridor outside the room didn't even feel like the air conditioning was on. 2. There is no refrigerator in the refrigerator cabinet, and there are no tea bags in the tea bag box. The front desk said it was a new hotel and the refrigerator was still on the way. The tea bags were not properly trained and were not replenished even after two days of stay. 3. The quality of hotel towels is not good. When you wipe them after taking a shower, you will see cotton lint flying everywhere. The light in the bathroom is very strong, which is particularly obvious. 4. The quality of the toiletries is not good. When I was blow-drying my wife’s hair, I obviously felt that my hair had become dry. When I asked him, he also said that the hair conditioner was very drying. I also felt that the shampoo would make it itchy after washing it. The ones I usually use are from supermarkets and are not very high-end. This is definitely a bargain. 5. I stayed in the 886 river-view double room (Room 1506) for two nights. The river view was basically 0 (very side, very side, very side), which was just a gimmick. The shortcomings are more like hotel system problems (such as weak air conditioning, bulk purchase of towels, refrigerators, toiletries, etc.). The front desk was very polite but there was nothing they could do. It was very considerate to give some snacks when leaving.

The first time I went to Wuhan, I chose the water cloud that is only five minutes walk from Jianghan Pedestrian Street and Shuita Snack Street. On the train, the housekeeper Xiaoyu sent a message to tell me the route after getting off the bus. There are also play messages around. Very enthusiastic. Because of the first stay, the hotel upgraded the room. The hotel is also equipped with an energy replenishment station, and there is a reading book bar, I really like it. Zhang Rong of the guest room found that we bought the water when cleaning, and put two more bottles of water. Praise praise. This trip to Wuhan was very happy. Next time I have the opportunity to come back, I will choose Shuiyunxuan.

This is the first time we came to Wuhan and we received great hospitality from this hotel. The hotel is clean with great amenities and I want specially thanks Miyan Dang and Thomas Tang for helping us to order Mei Tuan. We are both foreigner and basically we cannot order any food via the Mei Tuan app. Thanks to both the Westin staffs for helping us to order our dinner and branch and send up to our room. They even let us extend our room until 2pm instead of normal check out time.

We stayed in Kailaixi Hotel in a family room with 3 beds. The room was cleaned every day, has a huge window and good sound-proof. The location is great - we could enjoy the Yellow Crane Tower and the Yangtze river bridge from our room window, it takes 5 mins to get to the subway station. Everything is great about the hotel, just a little drawback — poor WiFi, especially in the evening. The variety of food for breakfast is impressive, although there is not much Western food, mainly Chinese. Restaurant staff, namely the lady ”007”, is very friendly and she treated us kindly and taught us to use chopsticks! Thank you, ”007”! There is a lot of free stuff in the hotel — water, snacks and good coffee in the lobby. All in all, the Kailaixi Hotel impressed us a lot! I can't see any rude disadvantages, and I personally can't see much difference between Kailaixi, which is 3-star hotel, and any other 4-star hotel. I think Kailaixi hotel deserves 4 stars!

Overall hotel is okay. Location is prime, however would recommend rethinking improving hotel concept to keep up with new hotel chains. This includes improving quality of breakfast, considering rennovation of facilities and re-allocation of staff. Too many staff in outside welcome are and too few inside.

It is clean and hygienic, and I am very satisfied in all aspects. After all, it is an old brand of Jinjiang Inn. I was worried that the construction site would be noisy, so the front desk helped arrange a room in the opposite direction, and it was very quiet at night. It's just across the road from the train station, which is very convenient.

I have heard about the world for a long time, and finally came with friends in this cold and hot season. Let me talk about the overall experience first: great! Will come again! As soon as I entered the camp, I went to the front desk of the hotel. I had to say that it was the benchmark of Wuhan outdoor hotel. The whole public area was very large. Not only did there are many stories in the past of the camp, but there are many surrounding products to enjoy. The little brother at the front desk is very good. I heard that we were a little sleepy and made coffee for us immediately! We spent the whole afternoon wandering, chopping wood, and patting in the park! When the temperature dropped at night, I immediately started burning the fire to keep warm. At night, the housekeeper sent us fairy sticks and magic flames. I unconsciously burned until two in the morning! The next morning, there was a breakfast delivered by the housekeeper. If you don't have to go back to work, I really want to bring a few more days here! !
