Excellent service. My child choked the toilet at night, a front desk staff helped clean up and adamantly refused a tip. Tried to tip again at checkout, a different staff refused too. Staff were patient with instructions and advice for standard questions, surpass expectations for help extended for my parcel deliveries.

I booked two double rooms and got a room on the 5th floor. It was not large in size. The room was clean and tidy and the facilities were quite complete. The hotel is in a good location. It is diagonally opposite from Exit 1 of Nanzenji Subway Station. It is 200 meters away from Wangxingji and Yaohan. It is a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. The hotel is probably a lower-middle-class hotel from the Atour Group, but the service is pretty good. There is free coffee in the lobby from 3 to 9 p.m., which tastes surprisingly delicious. There are also late-night snacks in the evening, and there is a self-service laundry opposite the restaurant. room, these facilities are very useful on hot days. Atour's bedroom products are indeed well-deserved. The memory pillow is very comfortable to sleep on. I bought one on Atour's website. The large-screen TV in the guest room is quite large, but the screen resolution is a bit lacking and the clarity is not enough. Not as good as the giant screen TV in the All Seasons Hotel. All in all, this hotel is very cost-effective and highly recommended.
