I came to Wuxi with my mother and booked Atour Hotel. It was very convenient to travel. It was near Nanchang Street. The little brother also helped to upgrade the room, which was very heartwarming. I booked a suite which was exactly like the pictures. Spacious, comfortable bed and nice bath. However I arrived at 4pm and the room wasn’t ready, I couldn’t check in until 6pm. My friends had also booked a suite but they didn’t get one and were told there was nothing the hotel could do. Overall I was happy with my experience however the rooms my friends got were nowhere near as good as mine and spoiled the holiday a bit.

We had a great and relaxing time at Atour. The rooms are clean and spacious, with a wonderful city view at night. The location is excellent, and it was easy for us to go anywhere in Wuxi. What stood out to us the most were the staff: They were nice, accommodating, and provided excellent recommendations to restaurants and sightseeing spots. We were able to check in early so that we could start sightseeing right after we got off the train! Thank you for giving us a wonderful time, 柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 韩函! We will stay at Atour again the next time we visit Wuxi. 我们在亚朵度过了愉快的时光。房间干净整洁，宽敞明亮，还能看到漂亮的夜景。地理位置也很方便，可步行至直达景点的地铁站公交站，和许多好吃的馆子。前台的工作人员特别棒，不仅在入住和退房时给了我们可爱的小礼物，还给我们的出行计划很多很好的建议，这让我们对无锡和亚朵都留下了深刻的印象。谢谢你，柏辰, 小乐, 千叶, 优格, 和韩函！

The room is on the third floor, very close to the restaurant, the bathroom is quite big, the bath water is very comfortable. The service staff are super good, the freshly ground coffee in the coffee bar on the first floor is free and unlimited (rest after 9:30 pm). The restaurant service staff remembered that an aunt named Xiaoqing was particularly good. I would take the initiative to ask early if I didn't have it early. I was very warm and thoughtful to prepare early! The location of the hotel is convenient, there is a station at the bus door, and the subway is only one or two hundred meters away. I walked to ～ in a few minutes. I was very satisfied with this stay!
