We had an awesome time at this hotel. The service staff offers good advise. Bed is big and nice. We did not carry our luggage upstairs to the bedroom. Just bring up whatever you need. Should have stayed a few more days in this place.

Beautiful hotel. Service is okay but not what you would expect from a five star accommodation. The lounge / bar was closed. Only one restaurant which seemed to be only open for breakfast dine-in. We could order in though. Everything was very slow paced. Overall, the hotel felt a bit deserted, which could be great for some travellers...

It was my first time to come to Wuxi Xuelang Songpin Hotel. The lobby was tall, spacious and magnificent. Especially the service of the housekeeper Yuki was kind, warm, easy-going and thoughtful. The professional quality was first-class. Then I experienced the boat check-in, which was unique. The complimentary dinner tasted great. The underwater park was also very good for taking photos. Finally, I would like to mention the room. It is definitely ranked in the top three among all kinds of hotels I have stayed in. The ceiling is very high, with an independent small courtyard. The environment is very beautiful and quiet. I feel like I have traveled back to the ancient Jiangnan gardens. I strongly recommend that you must stay at Xuelang Songpin Hotel when you come to Wuxi. The doors are all super high doors, which will increase the cost a lot. The curtains are also super large electric curtains. The whole hotel uses a lot of metal decorations. These can be seen that it is really expensive to decorate. Service: In the end, it may be during the National Day holiday, the staff was too busy, and it was a little chaotic when checking in, but it did not affect the overall experience. The toilet is not electric and there is no washlet installed. There are no smart devices installed in the room. Then the yard seems a bit neglected. However, the pre-sale price package is still very cost-effective.
