This experience truly exceeded my expectations, leaving me feeling incredibly comfortable and at ease from start to finish. It definitely deserves a detailed, heartfelt review. From the ambiance to the service and even the small details, you can feel the owner's dedication and professionalism; there's absolutely no cutting corners, which makes me genuinely want to recommend it. Upon arrival, I immediately felt comfortable. The overall environment is clean and tidy, decorated in a cozy yet stylish way. The space is spacious and bright, without any clutter or oppressive feeling. The cleanliness is exceptional; even the corners are spotless, making a great first impression. You can tell a lot of thought went into both the facility layout and the atmosphere, making it very relaxing to be in, with absolutely no discomfort. The service was even more impressive. The staff were gentle, warm, and polite, always patient and meticulous, ready to answer any questions, and quick to respond. They weren't overly enthusiastic nor cold and indifferent, striking the perfect balance. They proactively helped solve problems, were responsible and considerate of customers at every turn, taking care of many small details that made me feel valued and respected. The entire communication process was smooth, and the experience was excellent; the service alone made it worth every penny. The value for money is also outstanding. Both the price and quality are well worth the cost, with no hidden fees or gimmicks. They genuinely focus on service and reputation. Among similar establishments, this one stands out in both hardware and software. The advantages are clear when comparing, truly delivering excellent value for money. Overall, this was a very pleasant, worry-free, and satisfying experience with no complaints whatsoever – smooth and comfortable throughout. You can tell the owner is serious about their work and genuinely cares for every guest, which is truly rare. I will prioritize staying here in the future and will sincerely recommend it to my family, friends, and colleagues. Good businesses deserve to be seen by more people. The breakfast was quite good, with a decent variety and quality that I really enjoyed. However, it might have been due to a holiday, but there was no one to seat us in the breakfast area. We basically had to find and grab tables ourselves, which made for a rather chaotic experience. The high-floor city view was indeed fantastic, offering a panoramic outlook. Plus, being right above a shopping mall made it incredibly convenient for shopping, dining, and getting around. I had specifically requested a king-size bed when booking to make it easier with my child, and the hotel arranged it as requested, which was a thoughtful touch. However, staying with a child presented a few inconveniences: it was difficult for one person to pick up takeout with a child, as the hotel doesn't offer room delivery for external food. I had to go down twice by elevator to retrieve it myself, which was quite a hassle. The elevators were also rather slow, and during peak hours, we waited for a long time. As for amenities, only children's slippers and toothbrushes were provided; no children's toiletries, which was inconvenient. On a positive note, Kevin Chen from the concierge team deserves praise. His service attitude was excellent, and he was very proactive in helping with any requests, which made me feel very comfortable.

The room amenities were impeccable, and the location was super convenient, right in Nanxiangjie. It's about a 15-minute drive from Wuxi Station, and free parking is a bonus. Strolling around and grabbing a bite in the evening was incredibly pleasant, and there were plenty of breakfast options. However, I was surprised to find that the hotel no longer provides cotton pads, which is something to keep in mind.

This place was absolutely amazing! A huge thanks to the front desk lady for the room upgrade; the room was spacious and incredibly comfortable, I'm very satisfied. It was super clean, and the bed was so soft. The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, I was blown away as soon as I arrived in Wuxi. They even have a gym! The only minor drawback was that the air conditioning in the room was a bit tricky to manage. I'm not sure if the central AC was on a unified control at the time and only able to blow warm air, but the room was quite warm and I couldn't get the AC to cool it down.

The front desk service could use some improvement. When we arrived, we were looking for the check-in counter and saw a few people chatting. They didn't give us breakfast vouchers when we checked in, and the next day at the restaurant entrance, a staff member told us we needed to pick them up at the front desk. The guy there was very helpful. The cleaning staff were excellent; they'd even put things we'd left out back in their place. The bathroom design is a bit odd – no curtains or blinds, so if your travel companion walks by while you're showering or using the toilet, they might catch a glimpse. The laundry room is good; you can even iron clothes there. The hotel location is convenient.

Way better than I expected, the hotel is clean and tidy, no smoke smell and it was quiet all night, love it! I can recommend this hotel to sensitive people, breakfast was ok, do not expect 5 star for what you paid, it’s enough to make you full and have a nice cup of unlimited coffee, price is also very good for the room&service I received, it is walking distance from Nanchan temple and Nanchang Food street, 2 stops away from Wuxi Railway station Line 1, the hotel is 8 minutes walk from Sanyang Station Line 1🥰

The hotel is super convenient to get to – just turn right after exiting Sanyang Plaza Station (Subway Line 1, Exit 11A) and it’s a short walk away. If you're staying for a longer period, I recommend the executive suite. It's very spacious and comes with a fully equipped kitchen, essential cooking utensils, and a washer/dryer. At night, you can enjoy panoramic views of Wuxi city.

Our stay was absolutely fantastic, and the front desk staff, especially the young lady who assisted us, provided amazing service! She reached out in advance to ask about our preferences, arrival time, and any special room requests. She even offered great recommendations for nearby attractions! After we checked in, she followed up to make sure everything was to our satisfaction and if we needed anything else. Check-in at the front desk was super fast. Since I mentioned we were driving, she proactively helped register our car plate for easy access in and out. The entire room was spotless! As expected from an InterContinental property, they even provide Byredo toiletries. The location, I think, is also quite excellent. It's just over a kilometer to Nanxiang Street, which is super convenient for a leisurely stroll.

The hotel's location is excellent, right across the road from the Nanchang Street Historical and Cultural District, making shopping and sightseeing super convenient. The staff were attentive, warm, and patient. The front desk lady, number 29, was especially thoughtful; she helped my friend find pain relief patches when they twisted their ankle. They even proactively upgraded us to a bigger room, which made our stay incredibly comfortable.

Having a dryer was a huge plus! The room, service, and decor were all beyond excellent – fantastic, in fact! The value for money is incredibly high. It's so close to the subway station, just three stops from Wuxi Station. For visiting Yuantouzhu, you can just take Line 2 directly from the hotel's doorstep and transfer to the special line – no need for extra transfers. Getting to Nanchansi Temple and Nanchan Street is also incredibly easy. This is definitely the top choice for hotels when visiting Wuxi!
