The hotel is big and the east wing is modern. The breakfast selection was impressive. There is no laundry room for guests to use, but the reception can organize for your washing to be collected from your room. Wanda plaza is about a 12 minute walk away. The service was mixed when I was there - one receptionist was abrupt with me and other guests, but the woman who showed me to my room could not have been nicer. There was fresh fruit waiting in the room for me. Foreigners can stay at this hotel, but when I checked into they told me the system was slow that day (or possibly for foreigners in general), so they lead me to sit in the lounge for twenty minutes while they processed my check in.

Quite a nice stay. The hotel was clean and tid and the room was great. Would probably stay again

The hotel is located next to the city hall and has a good environment. The rooms are spacious, clean and hygienic, and the toilets are separated from wet and dry. Rich breakfast. Will come again next time.

到前台辦理入住時原訂房型沒有了，前台給升級到主樓，酒店就在萬達廣場旁邊，出行方便，酒店早餐豐富，吃到了寧夏江羊雜，不錯不錯，衹是辦理退房時前台冷冰冰也不吱聲，讓我等，結果等了15分鐘還沒消息，一問才給辦理，關鍵當時除我再無人辦業務！

很滿意的一次入住！推薦！ 在攜程上預訂的時候並沒有抱太大的希望，但是入住後很大的驚喜，房間很大，乾淨整潔，設施比較齊備，酒店據説是四星級酒店，但是沒有看到。服務員還免費幫忙洗衣服，很贊！

設施：酒店設施很新，房間也挺寬敞 衞生：衞生乾淨整潔，枱麪亮新 環境：酒店環境非常不錯，酒店大樓氣派 服務：也還不錯 總之這家酒店完全推薦，東樓很好的，早餐也很不錯

其他也還好。但誰想到一個攜程四鑽的酒店，洗澡的空間都不密閉的。淋浴區域和房間連通，上方不封到頂，洗浴的地方關了門隔壁衞生間就關不了，兩者間還有個大空隙，洗着澡感覺冷風吹着。第二天直接感冒了。更離譜的是，和前台服務員反映了情況，告訴我房間都是這個格局，然後就衹給我想了個關空調的主意。我説明空調是關了的洗澡也冷。主要我們趕路衹有一個司機擔心司機生病。服務員説她要溝通一下讓我等她電話，然後居然就再沒下文了……

要來的朋友提個醒，不要預訂東樓。前台給的東樓標間，入住時也沒有交待有什麼宴會廳之類。下午發現6層很大的音樂聲，致電前台，回答説是宴會廳在開會，晚上9點半肯定結束，不會影響休息。晚上10點多了還在播放音樂也很吵。好幾個房間的客人都跑出來在樓道里講，強烈要求下給換到主樓…

這家酒店的夜晚住宿體驗相當不錯。房間安靜整潔，床鋪舒 適，讓我一夜好眠。隔音效果良好，沒有外界噪音幹擾。服務 也周到，夜間有需求能及時響應。

房間不錯，位置也不錯，去黃河大峽谷首選酒店，停車方便，餐飲也方便。還守着個萬達廣場，購物也方便，就是早餐時有抽煙的，無人管理，本來就是貼了禁止吸煙。唯一一點讓長者孩子不舒服的

規模挺大的老酒店，旁邊是市政府。房間挺乾淨的，安靜，有免費的地上地下停車場。需要交300元按金，離店後退還速度快。話説近幾年住酒店都沒有這要求，這次真有點不適應😂😂

從進入酒店大廳的那一刻到辦完入住到房間，一直都有服務員指引講解，不愧是老牌酒店！看到網上有給差評的，剛開始還比較猶豫，住完之後想説一句，7星級的酒店估計你們也能挑出刺來吧！
