週末是我女兒的生日，週四時看到西安翠華山還有些雪景，臨時買機票從廈門去西安，想着給女兒一個特別的生日體驗，才選擇了這家位於翠華山附近的民宿，想着淡季1000元左右的價格，應該能有不錯的體驗。但實際入住後，差強人意！
1. 窗外景色與宣傳不符
入住前電話諮詢時，民宿工作人員説後山有積雪，但實際到“畫”房間後，窗外基本看不到雪，景色非常一般。房間雖然大小合適，但裝修和設施都很普通，地板沒有地暖，房間裏很冷，冬天住起來很不舒服。
2. 房間位置不便
房間在2樓，需要從大廳出門後走一個旋轉樓梯，對於帶孩子的家庭來説，上下樓梯不太方便。
3. 早餐體驗差
早餐提供時間較晚，菜品單一，口味也很一般，地方特色較少，作為南方人，不太習慣這種搭配，整體感覺性價比很低。
4. 交通與景區服務缺失
去翠華山需要坐接駁車，民宿無法提供直達景區門口的車輛，出行很不方便。而且民宿工作人員對翠華山的遊玩路線也瞭解不多，衹是簡單地説“網上先買個門票”，完全沒有增值服務。
5. 服務拖沓
整體服務還算過得去，但離開後發現有個充電器落在民宿，微信聯繫後，民宿回覆“找找看”，但過了一天多了都沒下文，最後衹能自己再買新的，感覺很不靠譜。

民宿必要打滿分💯！小朋友去的時候腸胃炎，老闆娘貼心的準備了粥和饅頭和熱水，暖寶寶…第二天爬完山回去很快就，老闆娘又熱心的分享了烤紅薯和餅乾。房間佈置的乾淨簡潔，是我喜歡的風格。非常暖，還熱！小店還有咖啡廳，佈置超温馨的。民宿後山能直接玩雪，還有冰瀑布呢。最後一點是距離景區大門就2分鐘。

無論是環境還是設施都讓我們驚訝，前幾天踩坑了一家1000多還沒電視的民宿，來到這裏真是感覺煥然一新。無論是裝修、傢俱擺設還是門縫細節，都很用心。洗漱用品是歐樂b的房間還有馬歇爾音箱，真是品味滿滿了。店裡有衹大狗叫丹麥，女兒第二天跟狗狗玩兒的捨不得走。早餐終於不是農家飯了，是西餐簡餐和牛奶，我很喜歡！我們一定會再來的。無論是週末放空還是冬天看雪，都會很愜意！

房間寬敞乾淨，室內温泉很舒服。室外環境舒適。還有一衹可愛的大金毛，可以跟大金毛玩猜東西遊戲。美女店長親自上陣做飯，味道賣相一流，兩餐都吃撐了
