首先表揚前台小劉服務周到
其次今年新開的全季酒店，設施相對齊全，也有24h洗衣機。
但是入住後房間沒有打掃，第二天八點還在睡覺説我房間煙霧報警器響了來敲門，很影響入住體驗。
最後建議加強客房部培訓及大堂與客房之間的合作配合。
