All great just only its Blackout on our last day apart from that everything perfect

Convenient hotel whereby one can go anywhere m it's bustling with majority youngsters dressing up in costumes. One thing is the hotel breakfast is almost the same everyday. I guess they cater for locals Chinese n not international foreigners . I guess this coming wkends will be very crowded in month of May.

Very good location just next at Bell Tower MRT exit, many eateries within walking distance including some open till late night. Our room is not facing the Tower so no traffic noise. Front desk is courteous and helpful. Free bottled drinking is provided.

Except for the unexpected poor free WIFI connections, this hotel is quite inexpensive and very centrally located in the heart of Xi’an. There are more than ample shopping areas, interesting cultural sites to occupy you during your “Free and Easy” days that you may have during your stay. The staff are also very helpful with our stay and supported us in our travels to visit the Terracotta and Hua Shan sites. Our stay would not have been fulfilling without their support and of course, undoubtedly, our leader and wonderful members of our team. Without a doubt, we will certainly book and stay in this hotel for future visits and recommend others as well. It is a really memorable 7-day stay. Thank you very much.

The location is perfect. We arrived early and they did their best to accommodate us for an earlier check in. Afte leaving our things in the luggage, all nearby historical sites are accessible and within a few minutes walk. They offer free afternoon tea, which is yummy. They have free laundry for guests that you can use from 9am to 9pm. One subway ride away, and we can easily go to our next destination!

Location of the hotel is excellent. It is within walking distance to 钟楼，鼓楼，回民街 and many other shopping malls. Hotel is about 20 steps from 钟楼站 J6. There are many tour agencies at 回民街 to book day trip to Terracotta Warrior etc. There are also tour desk at the train station to assist with day trip booking. The hotel concierge is also able to help to book day trip to see terracotta warrior. Breakfast buffet was good. Afternoon tea was miserable. We did not bother to go again after trying out once. The page did not clearly state that the free one-way transport is from airport to hotel. We thought it could be used for one way transport to anywhere in Xi’an.. Due to the incomplete information, we did not manage to utilise the free transport as we did not call to make appointment for our airport pickup. There was washing machine and clothes dryer available for use and it was free. The laundry room was open from 9am to 9pm only. Detergent was provided for free. The view from our room was excellent too. 钟楼was just infront of us. Overall experience was great. Will definitely recommend friends to stay at this hotel.

The room was very cozy, and modern. The bed is incredible comfortable. The people and the service was outstanding! They help me a lot booking a DIDI and helping move around! Also the breakfast was very good with a lot of variety

I loved my stay here. All staff are friendly, efficient and service-oriented. The room was great and I was very glad to have a mini-fridge where I could chill drinks. The location could not be better. If you leave the subway by exit C and the underpass at exit 6, the hotel is directly in front of you (note that there is no English name at the door, just the CC logo). I had my birthday while I was there and the hotel gave me a lovely surprise. Highly recommended.

Can’t beat its location! Beware that the pics of the entrance on Trip.com are not accurate. The room was on the smaller side, we had a problem with the aircon which was giving hot air in the night and with +30 degrees outside the room was an oven. Finally on day 3 the staff addressed the issue and solved the problem. There is free laundry on site, and staff is polite.

This hotel is perfectly located for sightseeing. We had a view of the bell tower from our window! We were able to easily walk to sights like the bell tower, drum tower, muslim district, and city wall. Taking the subway to sights further away was also convenient. The rooms were clean and had everything we needed. The hotel staff were also helpful with things like giving directions and helping us make reservations for activities. We would definitely choose to stay here again!

The location is convenient and service was excellent. Much more than what I have expected. The staff there were extremely helpful and friendly. As for food (buffet breakfast), is only average.
