Just 45 minutes out, Lintong is an amazing area. The small group trek turned into a solo overnight stay. The Hot Springs, food, rooms, service, and Property are amazing. One to one assistance from the Hotel staff. Thank you so much!

Our experience at the Spring Hotel was absolutely wonderful. Every staff member we encountered was accommodating, warm, and genuinely seemed to work from the heart. The level of care and attention we received made our stay truly special. It's clear that this hotel values its guests, and we can't wait to come back. Highly recommended!

The service and facilities of the hotel are great! Location is great for visiting 兵馬俑and 華清池 。 The kids just love the outdoor onsen and in-room onsen pool.

This place was absolutely fantastic, location was within Huaqing palace, beautiful old architecture, the staff were exceptional, so friendly and helpful. The breakfast buffet had a very good selection of both Chinese & Western food to suit everyone. Guests can enjoy the beautiful hot pools every night. The only downside was that the palace has an outdoor show several times a night and the sound is quite loud, we had to wear ear plugs to fall asleep. Otherwise we thoroughly enjoyed everything about this hotel.

Beautiful luxurious room, in stunning palatial hot springs surroundings. Fantastic customer service, especially one receptionist (WeChat ID ********), both during our stay and afterwards. The room rate included -a superb buffet breakfast, -bathing in hot spring water in our private bath all ready for us when we returned from the Song of Everlasting Sorrow show (booked on the day via the hotel when no seats available via trip.com etc.) -hotel staff with a dragon lantern escorted us to & from the show -entrance ticket to the Tang palace & baths all day including arrival & departure days - 2 hour Tang hanfu photoshoot( makeup, dress & some photos). We paid ¥54 for husband too. -hotel hot springs. Treated royally. Excellent value¥150 room for 2

The Chinese brand hotel is not good for foreigners, because they can’t speak English and they don’t give you good service like international hotels. At first they used google translate to talk with me, at second the price isn’t fair with services

This is the best hotel in Xi'an. If you go to Xi'an, you must come to Huaqingji~ I didn't speak Chinese well, but the staff was very kind and tried to help me with anything. The moment I entered the lobby, I felt like I had time-slipped to the Tang Dynasty. The sights throughout the lobby were delicate and beautiful! I really enjoyed the service of taking me to the restaurant where I had breakfast and the hotel in a small car. The breakfast was also delicious. When I went to the Jang Hanga performance that I had booked in advance, they brought me to the performance hall with a lantern. I felt really treated and it was fun~ I booked in advance, but I think the hotel also handles Jang Hanga reservations, so please ask them. Thanks to you, I had a fun Chuseok in China. Thank you for the mooncakes you gave me as a gift! I will go with my family next time❤️

The hotel facilities are a little old and can be improved. The hotel staff and various services are very good. Whether it is hot spring bathing, Huaqing Palace, or Song of Everlasting Regret, it is a very good experience. I especially want to mention the hotel's exclusive Jinghong travel photography. The technology is very good. You can negotiate the package in advance (you won't regret it). Next time I go to Xi'an, I still want to find them to take pictures. I highly recommend it~~

The hotel is located in the Huaqing Palace scenic area. The environment is elegant and comfortable. It happened to rain heavily and the temperature dropped during the two days I came. Two days before the National Day, I stayed at Huaqing Yutang Hotel, and I could go to Huaqing Palace for free. I watched the Song of Everlasting Regret at night. Someone led the way. The hotel service was great. When they saw that my shoes were wet due to the rain, they sent me a shoe dryer. During the day, I went to the Lishan Cableway in the back mountain and saw the Laomu Palace. The hotel's soup was very comfortable, and they also sent Tremella soup and fruit. The food at Yushanyuan was delicious, the gourd chicken was especially good, and the desserts were delicious. The breakfast was also good.

The complimentary fruit is very sweet, and the soup at night is also delicious. The 12-year-old daughter and 81-year-old grandmother also participated in the filming of Jinghong Travel. The shooting experience was very good. Tourists passing by all praised my grandma’s makeup, making her look like the matron of the house. The old lady was very happy. The film output is also good. The staff will come to prepare hot spring water and hot sugar water in the evening. It is very comfortable to go out and play during the day and come back to soak in the hot spring at night. My family goes to Huaqing Hot Spring for a walk every morning. They can come and go freely. The hotel is at the foot of Mount Li. The cable car of Mount Li is right next to the hotel gate. It is very convenient to walk 20 meters. The public hot spring is very exquisite and not crowded. It is a great experience. You can book tickets for the Song of Everlasting Regret directly at the hotel. The staff will take you there and then pick you up. I hope to have the opportunity to stay here again in the future

The breakfast can still be improved, for example, can the variety be richer? (But there may be fewer people staying there, which is not as good as a large-scale hotel). For example, the noodles inside the shortbread sandwiched with steamed buns are stiff (white) in several places. Another example is that the orange juice is not freshly squeezed, but an orange juice drink. There are also many foods that are not labeled with their names (for example, green juice, I only found out pure cucumber juice after asking, but if you didn’t know, you might have thought it was cucumber and pear juice, right?) What follows is a bunch of advantages! 🏡1. You can visit Huaqing Palace for free countless times during your stay. You can ask a guide to see it and save more than 300 tickets. ⛰️2. It is the same company as the "Song of Everlasting Regret" performance and can help book tickets~ (Although I booked it cheaper, it should be more convenient to book tickets with them during the peak season?) 🏮3. To watch Song of Everlasting Sorrow, you can go through the internal VIP channel without taking out paper tickets, which is very convenient! ♨️4. In addition to the free public hot springs, there is also a living water hot spring in the courtyard every night. The water is released at night and then released into the pool of Huaqing Palace during the day. It’s almost like a private soup! 💦5. And this hot spring is a plus! The water is clear, light blue-green, and very healing. The temperature of 43 degrees is suitable. There is no strange smell of some sulfur hot springs. When I checked in, the front desk gave me a big box like the one in the picture, with 10 moon cakes and a souvenir mirror. It was full of sincerity. In the end, I had a lot of luggage, so I only took 4 away. The others were given to the hotel staff. I am very grateful to them because their service is really very good. Except for a bottle of pomegranate wine, the whole room is charged. Everything in the minbar is free, and there are a lot of things, and the quality is also very good. Fruit snacks were also given, and the tea bag Jin Junmei is also of good quality, and the coffee machine is also equipped. It is convenient to watch the performance of "The Song of Everlasting Regret", to go to Huaqing Palace, and to go to the Terracotta Warriors and Qin Shihuang Mausoleum... The important thing is that I think the hotel has given me super value services, but they did not ask me to comment. I really think such a hotel is too rare now, and the cost performance is very high.
