Novotel Xi'an Xinxing Reviews

We really enjoy our stay in Novotel. The metro station is just 2 minutes away (around 5 metro station from all the famous temples), taxi to the Bell tower takes around 10 minutes in the morning and cost only 8¥. Room was really clean and had everything what we needed. The stuff was really nice 😊

This Novotel Xian Hotel is in a very strategic location near the MRT station, next to a mall and surrounded by restaurants and grocery stores. Love this place. Overall the service is good, there are only a few comments: * if you like going to karaoke or going to the cinema, then you will like the dimly lit room theme with very minimal lighting, unfortunately my family and I are not comfortable with minimal room lighting, the room is dark. * If you like going to the SPA to soak in hot and cold water, then you will like the unstable condition of the hot water for bathing (shower) because it sometimes flows hot and cold water alternately. Unfortunately, my family and I don't like going to SPA, so this condition is a little annoying. * The thing that is very disturbing is that THE ROOM HAVE NO AC (Air Conditioner)... I have asked the staff, the information is that the AC facilities have not been activated in April, and please open a small window if the room feels hot. I thought it was April Fool's Day, but it turned out that staying 3 nights without AC made me sleep uncomfortable because it was hot even though the window was open, not to mention the noise of traffic at night which disturbed my sleep. Maybe I was careless in not reading the information when booking this room, but it seems I didn't find clear information that there were no AC facilities in April. This is the first time in my life that I have stayed in a 4 star hotel or above that doesn't have AC, LOL. My advice to potential guests is to be careful if you want to book this hotel, better check and recheck. Breakfast so so, you can try Xian traditional food here.

Good location, a 20 minute walk east of the ancient city wall. Conveniently attached to a mall. Room was large with comfortable bed. Soundproofing could be better, the guests around us were all noisy one night.

Candy Tang, one of the Front Desk staff, she was so professional, sleek and very customer friendly, especially that I am a foreigner and my Chinese Language is limited. very quiet room, floor and surroundings. My special requests were granted since it is not peak season. The rooms and bathrooms are spot on and amenities inside the room works and their Wi-Fi connection speed is great! Overall, five star rating to this Hotel! Strongly recommended.

Clean and modern hotel at a very reasonable price. There is a metro stop nearby too.

The hotel is easy to find, with Burger King and Hema nearby. The room is clean and hygienic, but the facilities are a bit old. The room is not soundproof, and there are all kinds of noises from the neighbors at night, which makes the sleep quality worrying. The traffic in the surrounding residential areas is a bit chaotic. The service is thoughtful and will add the items you need in time.

Stay at Novotel for less than 200. Great value. Although not as convenient as the Bell Tower shopping district, you can't have it both ways. The room is quite big. Maybe it will be better if the outside floor is cleaned. Convenient location.

Overall, it's not bad. It's about 45 minutes away from Xi'an North Station by subway. It's more than 20 yuan by taxi from the Big Wild Goose Pagoda, Bell Tower, Datang Evernight City, etc. But there seems to be a lot of gap between the five-star standard. First of all, in terms of service, the gap between the old standard five-star standards we stayed in is very obvious. Even compared with Atour, there is still a certain gap. Secondly, in terms of facilities, there is no swimming pool and no other machines. Everything is very slow, and there are not many varieties of breakfast, so it can only be regarded as average. However, the decoration of the lobby is very good, and the rooms with tatami are good. The tatami is equivalent to an independent space. The children like it very much. If there was no welcome fruit on the first day of check-in, I asked the front desk to provide milk and nuts. Overall, it's pretty good and can meet the standards of a four-star stay.

It's a quiet place in the middle of the hustle and bustle. Just turn left and you'll find the subway 100 meters out. It's very convenient and warm and comfortable. It's nice.

The room is quite large, the interior layout is good, and the windows are quite large, so you can see the night view of the city.

The hotel is clean and comfortable, with rich breakfast. I recommend the millet porridge with whistle noodles, which is delicious. The vegetable salad ingredients are fresh. It is a 5-minute walk to Metro Line 3, which is convenient for travel. In short, food, accommodation and transportation are ok
