My stay was pleasant, room size is decent. I will suggest to add in dryer.

The room itself was nice and as shown on the pictures. International travellers should be aware that the staff speaks barely any english. Unfortunately, the gym room is currently renovated and unusable. Moreover, the breakfast was pretty average. For us the value was okay, but there are probably better hotels for the price.

The hotel is in a good location. It's close to the subway station. It's just across an intersection. It's very convenient to go to the Bell Tower or Big Wild Goose Pagoda. The decoration and sanitation are good. The service attitude of the lady at the front desk is really good. The afternoon tea is very good, especially the iced lemonade, which is delicious and thirst-quenching. It is really good in this hot summer. There are also snacks to eat. You can get a Starbucks cup when you leave the store, which is very nice.

My child and I went out for four days during the May Day holiday. The bus and taxi were very congested in the city, especially when it rained. It was very convenient to take the subway. Line 6 can reach the Bell Tower, Big Wild Goose Pagoda, and the Tang Dynasty City that Never Sleeps. It is really too convenient! 2. The room is elegantly decorated and very hygienic. The room has a large floor-to-ceiling window. There is a main road outside. I have to say that Xi'an is really a city that never sleeps. I arrived at the hotel at more than 11 o'clock in the evening. I went upstairs and looked out from the floor-to-ceiling window. There was still a lot of traffic 3. The service staff is very friendly! The child bought a knife in the Qinling Mausoleum and could not pass the security check. I wondered if it could be sent by express delivery. The hotel front desk helped to ask the courier. Although it was not sent in the end, the hotel service staff was very enthusiastic and patient! There is also the aunt who cleans the room, who is very kind and amiable. The breakfast of the hotel is also good. The noodles are delicious and the nutrition is balanced

The room is very clean, soundproofed, and the breakfast is great, as expected! It's rare to live in such a good house in Gaoxin. I like it very much. The front desk lady is also very considerate. I will choose it next time!

There is a KTV downstairs which is very noisy at night and affects your rest. The front desk staff lacks business knowledge. We were having dinner nearby and parked our car in the public parking space downstairs of the hotel. We placed the order after 11 o'clock and asked the front desk if it would be okay when we go out tomorrow. She said that the reimbursement would only be calculated when we checked in, and asked us to ask again. Later, I didn’t see anyone she contacted and she said that it would be fine if we drove out before 2pm tomorrow!

First of all, the location of the hotel is OK. The lobby is on the 5th floor, and the downstairs is a bit messy. The service is very average. It can be seen that the staff wants to provide good service. Maybe the boss is too stingy. The sound insulation of the room is too poor. It woke me up in the middle of the night for two consecutive nights. The TV in the next room was so noisy that I couldn’t sleep on the first night. I can’t blame the neighbors for having such poor sound insulation in the hotel. On the second night, the neighbors shouted loudly. The front desk knew that the next room was very noisy, but did not change my room during the day on the second day. Instead, they sent me a WeChat message around 10:00 pm on the second day to ask if I needed to change rooms, but I had already gone to bed at this time. There is also the so-called corridor window, which is a fake window. When the window is opened, there is an artificial fake view outside, so it is a room without windows that cannot have any air circulation. The so-called self-service afternoon tea was never reminded at the time of check-in, or even during the entire check-in process. After I gave feedback to Ctrip, the front desk replied that it was ridiculous that it was a small snack placed next to the hotel front desk. Can this be called afternoon tea? The key is that no one reminded me, and I guess the front desk staff didn’t dare to remind me. When I checked out, the so-called free Starbucks cup was said to be a toiletries set by the front desk staff. I refused. After I reported it to Ctrip, the front desk staff told Ctrip that it was a choice between a toiletries set and Starbucks. Here I would like to ask if the hotel staff are so shameless? You said what you said? How can you say one thing in front of me and another behind my back? Overall, after two days of stay, the experience was very bad. I do not recommend staying here. Please choose carefully. I looked at the reviews and most of them were fake reviews. Then I realized that the so-called self-service afternoon tea was so ridiculous. And my order was just two breakfasts. What do you care how many people I have? 

The beautiful lady at the front desk was very considerate. When she learned that we wanted to see the scenery, she upgraded the room for free. I like the service. In addition, the room was very clean and tidy, without any peculiar smell. Although it was snowing outside, it was warm inside. The only regret is that there was no Shaanxi specialty food for breakfast, and the fruit variety was too limited. In short, the price-performance ratio is very good. Next time I come here for business, it will still be the first choice.
