Fantastic hotel right next to Datang Everbight Walking Street, Joy City Mall and the Goose Pagoda. Rooms are designed to look ”antique” to match the amcient theme of the area, but are very clean. Breakfast was reallly good!

Good service and nice breakdast . SPA and swimming pool also are well prepared during winter season.

Amenities are great and all as to be expected. Staff are friendly, helpful and professional( can serve you in English if required). A great breakfast with wide selection of fresh food. Will definitely recommend and make our regular stay when returning to Xian.thanks to all staff for an enjoyable 5 days!

It's a good hotel that doesn't need any explanation.In front of the hotel, in the lobby, and on each floor, sculptures and paintings by Chinese, Korean, and Japanese artists are displayed. Personally, I like Korean artist, Son Bongchae's painting in the center of hotel lobby. I strongly recommend this Ritz Carlton in Xian.The best hotel in Xian.

My 3rd time to Xi’an this year and my 3rd stay at W Xi’an. W maintained their high standards as usual. The room is great, view is nice, people are friendly, kind and professional . Located at the best location in the city, I can said W is the best hotel in this city. Special thanks to Kiki and Shawn during the help, they are keen to help and always put a smile on their face. What a pleasure to stay at Shrangcla. Superb assistance. Room was spacious, well equipped. It is close to metro.. It has lovely reataurants, but also enjoyed walking in atea. Closeby is Coffee street with many restaurants, coffee shops and enteryainment. I can highly recommend the hotel. Thank you to management and staff for all your help and support.

I purposely traveled during the off-peak hours after the Spring Festival, and looked at many hotels in Xi'an, and finally chose the Hilton Canopy in Qujiang, which is closest to the Tang Dynasty Sleepless City. Overall, the staff service, attitude, and hotel location are very good. We booked two rooms together. When we arrived in Xi'an, it was snowing in the ancient city, and we arrived at the hotel around 3 p.m. On the way, the entire city was covered with snow, and it was indeed the Tang Dynasty covered in snow. The hotel thoughtfully prepared ginger soup for us in the lobby to ward off the cold. After drinking it, we were warm and relieved from the fatigue from the journey. The overall color of the hotel is beautiful, and you can see the combination of ancient and modern elements everywhere you look. The room number of each room has the symbol of a camel or a horse, and the corridors are everywhere with the unique symbols of the city of Xi'an. During the two days we stayed in Xi'an, it snowed, and we walked in the sky full of snowflakes. On the pedestrian street of the Everlasting City of the Tang Dynasty, the lanterns were on, and men and women of all colors wearing Hanfu were walking around. For a moment, I didn't know whether we had traveled through the prosperous Tang Dynasty or the Tang Dynasty back to Xi'an. It seems that everyone here has become accustomed to dressing up in Hanfu, but not many people stop to watch. They are all immersed in their own happiness. There was a little hiccup when we returned from a trip after checking in, but Moon Yang, the hotel staff at the time, actively coordinated the room for us, always gave us travel suggestions, paid attention to our needs, and the personalized service temperature made up for the objective shortcomings. On the day of check-out, they actively helped me arrange my itinerary so that my family and I could have a good rest before departure. I'm very satisfied with the room after the adjustment. Every time I take a picture, the picture comes out without spending too much time on the P-picture. The room is equipped with a smart toilet, Dyson hair dryer, air purifier, and capsule coffee machine. The bedding is clean and comfortable. We have arranged a room close to the elevator, which is very considerate. It can be seen that the entire hotel is run with care. I am very grateful to Moon Yang and her team for quickly solving the minor oolong that occurred. Finally, I wish the hotel will get better and better!

As soon as we entered the lobby, it was very clean. Although it is an old hotel, the hygiene and facilities are well maintained. When we checked in, there were not many people. Manager Xu at the front desk also gave us fruits and was very attentive in delivering our luggage to the room.  Parking is convenient. There are many places to eat nearby. It's not too far from the subway station. It's very convenient to take the subway line 3 to the Bell Tower and Big Wild Goose Pagoda. You don't have to squeeze in and out of the entrance of the scenic spot. It's very good. It's a good choice. I would also like to express my special thanks to Manager Xiao Wang of the hotel fitness center for carefully guiding our children in the swimming pool to adjust their swimming postures and ventilation. Most of the rooms are suites, with wide sofas and slightly smaller bathrooms.
