Location is near zhongshan road and subway.
The room is a little bit old. the shower is dirty, the bathtub is rusty, the toilet cover has pee stain and the air conditioner for cold wasn't working but the heater was. it was quite hot for us so we turned the AC for cold temp but already reached 10 degrees and still like a fan. nothing to expect high on their breakfast though the overall service was good.

The room is clean and the service is very good. It will solve the problem for customers. The communication is smooth. When you encounter a staff member, you will take the initiative to say hello to you.

Nice hotel, and amazing location.
The stuff is helpful and friendly.
Keep in mind the area 26 m2 is with the balcony, so a small room.
Also, not possible to sleep while the balcony is open because no screen or net 🥅 to protect you from mosquito 🦟.

Reception staff was friendly and super helpful, she attends to details and offers her services when needed, keep up the good work! Hotel is clean and location is great as it's stone throw away from zhongshan road, siming road and many eating places. Also walkable distance to MRT and the jetty to UNESCO Gulangyu.
At the ground floor of the hotel is a travel agency with friendly and helpful staff where you can book trips with. Look for them to places such at the UNESCO Tulou.

The first review, you must like one! We live in the 30th floor sea view room overlooking the sea and Xiamen University! The location is excellent downstairs is Shimao Plaza, and there are many bus stops at the door for convenient travel! The room is clean and tidy, and it feels like home! The most important thing is that the boss has a very good attitude. From the beginning of booking the room, the boss told us in advance that the problems can be considered. He is responsive and tries his best to help solve the problems. He highly recommends it. After going back, he will introduce it to colleagues and friends! !

A comfortable family trip in Xiamen. The staff are really nice and sweet which makes the traditional Hotel out of expectation. The weather is not so favourable in early April, but our trip was carefree for a two nights stay with wonderful location near Zhongshan Park and the famous botanical garden.
One thing that I feel pity though is that no swimming pool facility in the Hotel, so we travelled a bit to a nearby indoor pool.

We booked Liuyue temporarily, which exceeded our expectations. The transportation is convenient. From Neicuo Ao Port to the island, it is convenient to go to any scenic spot. The service is considerate, the reception is warm, the room is upgraded in the off-season, free breakfast is provided, the breakfast is home-cooked and delicious, and the hotel's own restaurant leaves The taste of the chef's home-cooked food is first-class and the price is reasonable. The location is very good, and the signage of the hotel is relatively obvious. However, the soundproofing of the room is not very good. When someone walks or talks, you can clearly hear it in the room. After leaving the hotel, there is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street at the door. At night, there are many people, and the street is full of food and drink shops. The pedestrian street at this end of the hotel is already at the end. If you go forward to the other end, you can take a sightseeing bus or bus. Going further, you can go to the pier through the underground passage and take a boat to Gulangyu Island. It is best to buy a ticket in advance, otherwise you will have to take the night boat.
