this hotel adopts the smart home concept. the room can be voice controlled by xiao du xiao du to turn off the lights, close the curtain, turn off the tv, etc. the toilet is also equipped with Japanese style tech. the room is spacious and designer pays attention to detail such as lighting does not shine into the eyes when lying on the bed. the light ***** is bright enough and not dim. the shampoo and body wash are very good for my skin, moisturizing. the buffet breakfast is sumptuous and delicious. there are lots of fruit. the seats are comfortable. the staff are helpful and you can contact them easily via wechat. the hotel is conveniently located in the center of the island, you can take the metro, buses to get to the popular attractions easily. there are also plenty of shared bikes around. the hotel is in a shopping mall, there is a supermarket on the second floor. there are plenty of eateries around.

The hotel provides good service. The location is also convenient for us to explore Xiamen

The hotel is quite new. The location is good near to underground train station. The surrounding have many shops. I like the room with AI features. They also allow us to put luggage after check out until evening time. Overall is good, I will booked again if I go to Xiamen.

I ended up cancelling my booking after arrival and inspection of the rooms. The manager /boss was actually smoking right outside the main door, and the room I was assigned to had the stench of smoke surrounding it. I couldn't even step into the room and requested a room change. I was changed to a room next to the kitchen and adjacent to about 10 washing machines lol. If u can handle smoke and this kind of environment, then definitely go for it. The staff were kind and pleasant , and understood my concerns and I declined to stay there , requested a full refund which was agreed too as well. (mind u I was exhausted after several hours of air travel, and the airline broke my baggage etc, yet I would not dare to rest in this kind of environment). If they improve hygiene and smoke issues this part, it can be a great hotel.

Taxi driver was unable to find this hotel, despite showing him the address in mandarin. Sink was choked, the staff came and claimed that it was too early and the plumber will come later., The TV and air condition was controlled by the voice control, however staff did not inform us about this, until we called the hot line. Only good location for this Hotel.

Staff were extremely kind despite the language barrier! Hotel room was so cute and had a huge range of amenities to use and also provided water. Super clean as well. I loved the hotel!

Very modern, attractive and comfortable hotel located near a subway station with many decent food places and a supermarket nearby. My room was very comfortable and spacious and the amenities such as toothbrushes, kettle, slippers and big-screen TV are great.

Modern hotel, very near the subway station, with friendly front desk staff. However, to Didi to the hotel, it helps to know the Chinese name of the hotel.

Clean room, polite staff, good breakfast, near the Lucuo metro station, exit 12. Convenience to travel around to tourists attraction by using metro lines and BRT. The staff helped us to book Didi cab to airport. Thanks to the brother. Would recommend to stay.
