Hi 李先生, Thank you very much on 26th March 2024 in the morning to help me and my husband to reschedule our flights from Xiamen International airport back to Singapore. You spent almost 1 hour helping us to call Xiamen Airline to work out the details and patiently helped us on the payment mode which we were not familiar with. You were so kind to share your mobile data via hotspot with my husband's mobile phone during the 1 hour. Both of us were sick and needed to return home, you stepped in with so much patience to help us. We appreciated your kindness extended to us on 26th March 2024. Breakfast was acceptable for local standards. Room was large and value for money.

This is the third time I have stayed in this hotel. The first time I came with my girlfriend, and the last two times I came with my family. The location is very good, and the family suite is great. This hotel will be my first choice when bringing my family to Xiamen in the future. I hope the hotel will run well. !

The sanitation, environment and service are all very satisfactory, except that the air conditioning is a bit poor this time. The breakfast is very rich. I have stayed here twice. Next time I go to Xiamen, I will book this hotel again. The front desk service is very good! !

It is very safe for minors to stay, and the hygiene and service are no worse than other high-end hotels. Sister Caiyun and Brother Xiao Li at the front desk also upgraded my room type for free. Their attitudes were very friendly. It was a very comfortable stay. I will come again next time!

I booked an executive room, which was quite big, with a bathtub, tea sets, and snacks. The hotel has a laundry room, which is very good. I washed my clothes twice. The happiest thing is that the breakfast was never the same after staying for a week. The staff was also very enthusiastic! It is very cost-effective. There are too many places to eat nearby. Lotus Fried Crab is the best choice. The transportation is convenient

I can't remember how many times I've stayed at this hotel. Coming to this hotel is like coming home, very familiar, warm and friendly. I have left many good memories in this hotel. Convenient transportation, warm rooms and thoughtful service. If there are any shortcomings: the breakfast level has declined, the variety is less than in previous years, especially my favorite homemade yogurt is missing. The smart toilet in the room is old and not easy to use.

I arrived at the hotel very late. Xiao Yang and Caiyun, the waiter at the front desk, warmly welcomed me and checked me in quickly. I was very pleased! After all, this is also a hotel I often stay in when I am on a business trip to Xiamen. It is worth recommending and praising! ! ✌✌✌
