This apartment stay was excellent, and the staff were all incredibly attentive. 1️⃣ Seeing that we had elderly people with us, they thoughtfully asked if we preferred a bathtub or a walk-in shower. 2️⃣ Since my phone couldn't log into local platforms, the staff were also very enthusiastic in helping us with our bookings. 3️⃣ What impressed me most was the attitude of the hotel staff; everyone had a wonderful smile. Even though we checked in late at night the day before, the service remained very thoughtful, which made us feel so warm and welcome. ❤️ Special thanks to Jeff Xu at the front desk.

The front desk staff, Angel, was warm and professional. The room was spacious, featuring a living room, bedroom, two bathrooms, and a fully equipped kitchen. I stayed at this hotel in Xiamen back in 2017, when it had just opened, and I was really impressed with both the room facilities and the service. For this family trip, I specifically chose to come back here. The location is super convenient, right next to Powerlong One Mall, and most importantly, I honestly couldn't find another place with better value for money for this two-bedroom type (in my opinion)! However, I have to admit the rooms are definitely showing their age. And for some reason, this room type had a strong smell. We switched to another room which was a bit better, but there was still a musty odor. The staff's service attitude was impeccable, though. I guess it's all about the value for money here.

I took a last-minute trip to Xiamen during the May 1st holiday, and hotel prices everywhere had skyrocketed. This place, however, remained unchanged. I initially thought it might be an older hotel, but the reviews were all positive, so I booked two nights. The location is truly excellent – right next to a subway station and across from a mall, making dining and shopping incredibly convenient. I was pleasantly surprised when I entered the room. While not brand new, it was well-maintained. Being a hotel apartment, it came with a large refrigerator and a combo washer-dryer, which is perfect for trips lasting anywhere from 3 days to a week. The machine wasn't noisy either. The subway downstairs made getting anywhere very easy. The room came with two bottles of water daily, which wasn't quite enough, but when I mentioned it to the front desk, they immediately gave me six more. Overall, my stay was very comfortable. The only minor thing I found a bit unusual was the breakfast – it was very vegetarian-focused, with no meat. It wasn't bad, just a bit different from what I'm used to.

Lovely accommodation right next to a shopping mall, with so many cats in the middle, bringing joy and peace when watching after dining/ shopping. The staffs were very friendly and went above and beyond by allowing us to store our luggage three days before check-in, which made our trip to other city so much easier. This is truly appreciated. The room was clean and comfortable, there was robot to send water bottles and food. Overall service was excellent. Highly recommend for both comfort and convenience!

While the hotel isn't in the heart of the tourist district on the map, getting around is super easy since the island is small and taxis are readily available. It's only about a 2km taxi ride to the nearest beach (One Country, Two Systems Beach is what it's called locally, I believe), and major attractions are easily accessible by metro. Even taxi rides to further spots are usually under 30 minutes for about 10+ kilometers. For family trips, a well-managed apartment hotel like this is definitely the best choice.

You get what you pay for, and cheap usually means low quality. After checking in and entering the room, one of the two bedrooms was locked and inaccessible. The bathroom door in the other bedroom was also locked and couldn't be opened. What exactly is going on here? The hot water pressure was extremely low, both from the faucet and the showerhead. I called staff to look at it, and they just said that's how it is. How bad was the hot water? This was the absolute lowest pressure I've ever experienced in any hotel, even guesthouses. Also, I'm not sure if it's an issue with Ascott's delivery robots or with Xiamen's food delivery services, but they seemed unwilling to use the robots. All food deliveries, regardless of whether they were marked for robot delivery, were just left on a shelf.
