五星好評！國內外住過不少 5 星級酒店，但是此次家庭旅行入住的廈門W 酒店是體驗最好的一次。服務態度超級好，小哥哥小姐姐各位服務人員熱情主動，細緻入微。酒店環境夢幻時尚，樓頂的泳池和酒吧非常出片。酒店的負一層直通大商場，吃飯購物都非常方便。

Many check-in spots are not only great for taking photos, but the stairs connect the 35F swimming pool and the 36F gym, which is really convenient. The staff I met were all very enthusiastic. Sarah added WeChat and sent me some fruit. The room was new and had a sense of design!

雖然是商務人士，一般很少點評，發生了些事情有感而發才來點評下：
9月7號來廈門散心，定了W酒店觀海酷角套房，環境、設施沒的説，W酒店基本是個人來廈門首選接待時卻發生很噁心的一件事情，整的心情都沒了。
中午到酒店告知房間還沒空出來，於是出去吃了飯1點40再回到酒店，回覆房間還沒好，告知衹能等待。當然，酒店當天有會務，這樣的情況雖然難受也能理解。
令人憤怒的是1點40時接待的經理Shirley，對話時頭都不抬，眼都不看你進行交流，給你感覺就是這個事就這樣，你有問我就敷衍答覆你，你愛咋的咋的，先不提全程完全沒有五星級酒店萬豪集團應該有的基本接待禮儀、文明用語，連與人相處的基本禮貌都沒有。
看了下她的工牌，也是臨時的塑料工牌，沒有名稱，十分禮貌的詢問英文工作名稱，先是不回答，不理你。在強烈表示想要知道工作名稱時，也是很含糊告知“姓王”，全酒店多少個“姓王”的？回答都是這麼敷衍，同事感覺情況不對馬上接手時甚至還白了你一眼。你有情緒也不應帶到工作裏來啊，更不應朝我身上來，看工作服似乎還是經理級別。怎麼説呢，就是可能快捷酒店的服務態度和業務水平比她給人感覺都要好。中午吃的海鮮沙茶麪美味瞬間被這種服務和態度噁心到了。
事後接到酒店兩個其它經理的電話，反而十分認真的在表達歉意和心意，委婉的拒絕了，相比對應的心意，我更希望是少發生這樣不專業服務，不尊重客人的態度，於是總是要為這個世界變得更好做些力所能及的事情吧，哪怕衹是很微小的一件事情。點評這麼多，也許沒人看，也許也不能改變什麼，但起碼給自己的切身體驗有個交代。
