There is one massage shop near the inn and it was very cheap and good massage. The location is good and the service of the hotel staff is friendly. Whenever i have issue or request for my extra towels etc. I can send my request by adding their wechat number because the the hotel do not have lift and telephone.

This hotel was perfect, great location, near pedestrian Street, with so many shops and local restaurants, everything in this hotel was very clean, with having professional, happy, and caring staff, specially Xiao Lin and his manager, they went out of their way to make sure guests are happy. I highly recommend this hotel to all travelers going to Xiamen.

Location of hotel good very closed to chungsan pedestrian road, many foods can find here. And closed to Metro too. Just walk 20 mnt can go to gulangyi ferry port

The service is pretty good. But the room facilities are quite old. The door often cannot be closed, some plugs have no electricity, and the towels and other items also look a bit old... The location is very good, and the signage of the hotel is relatively obvious. However, the soundproofing of the room is not very good. When someone walks or talks, you can clearly hear it in the room. After leaving the hotel, there is Zhongshan Road Pedestrian Street at the door. At night, there are many people, and the street is full of food and drink shops. The pedestrian street at this end of the hotel is already at the end. If you go forward to the other end, you can take a sightseeing bus or bus. Going further, you can go to the pier through the underground passage and take a boat to Gulangyu Island. It is best to buy a ticket in advance, otherwise you will have to take the night boat.

Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

New hostel, opened only in July so everything was super new and clean. Ladies bathroom had 7 toilets (not the squat type, the seat types!), 5 showers, 6 sinks and a small makeup area. Given the hostel is kinda huge, I was surprised I never had to wait which is so good! The bunk beds are really spacious, nice mattress, hook/rail to put clothes, a small shelf and has power outlets with USB and type c plugs catered for all of us that is hooked with digital gadgets! Has fast wifi throughout the hostel and has a nice lounge area (with a bar and music stage) plus two smaller rooms good for a more quieter or work area. Also has laundry room with washers and dryers. Hostel is also close to bus station (which can get you everywhere in Xiamen) and had many eateries downstairs. The famous Zhongshan Road is walkable too, takes around 20 mins. So basically this is a dream place for backpackers or tourists looking for a cheap, lively place to stay whilst in Xiamen. What also stands out are the staff. The cleaning aunties were super friendly. And all the young energetic staffers in reception and bar are willing to help at anything you asked no matter how bad our language barriers were! Like to especially thank Xiao Wang who checked me in, extended my stay and also fixed my fingerprint locker. Damn want to thank all the staff in this place, really made a difference during my stay :-) Note: they also give you a free bottle of water everyday which is a nice touch!

I recently stayed at this hotel, and I mistakenly booked a room with no windows. Despite the lack of a window, I had a surprisingly good night's sleep. The room itself was super clean and a good size, so that was a plus. The staff was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay, which made the experience much more enjoyable. The price wasn't too bad either, considering the quality of the room and service. One minor downside is that the hotel's location is a bit misleading. It's actually nearby but not directly at the shopping street, need over ten mins walk. Although not a problem, worth to note if you’re looking at the name of the hotel and assuming it’ll be right in the shopping street. All in all, I had a positive experience, and I would consider booking a room here again in the future.

It is located in the bustling area of ​​the city center and has very convenient transportation. It can be easily reached whether by driving or taking public transportation. The hotel's architectural style is modern and elegant, giving people a homely feel. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home as soon as I entered the hotel. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious yet warm decoration. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are complete, clean and tidy, which allowed me to fully relax during the trip.

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.
