The hotel’s staff were very friendly and helpful. The hotel manager,Vincent was patiently listened and solved our questions. My husband and I stayed at the seventh floor and they’ve provided afternoon tea for the executive floor members. The executive lounge was super clean,quiet and comfortable. We really enjoyed the afternoon tea. All I can say is this: next time I come to Xiamen, Jin Yan will be my first choice. If I meet relatives, friends or business guests, I strongly recommend choosing Jinyan. Because there is no way! There is really no way! On the last day of a trip, I thought I would make do with one night and take advantage of the free airport bus. I really didn’t expect it and I regret it! I regret not checking in earlier! I can't imagine any other hotel that can provide more perfect nanny-level services than Jin Yan! I must mention my thanks to Xiaolan, the butler whom the hotel ”rewarded” to me. She gave me extremely thoughtful, meticulous and even warm ”care” throughout my entire stay from check-in to check-out! I can't imagine that other hotels can be so generous in giving so many gifts and surprises to their guests. Looking back, I still wonder if this industry is too complicated and there must be such a big investment, but all the staff are so kind. Seeing a smile that comes from the heart and sincerely makes me feel that it is a sense of faith! That is a spirit! ”Legend has it” that Jin Yan will see many Xiamen Airlines stewardesses. Although I have some small expectations, I still know that I haven't seen many good-looking stewardesses in the past ten years. Who would have thought! The staff at various positions at Jin Yan are all handsome men and beauties! I must praise my strong willpower for not picking up the camera to secretly take pictures... The last thing that needs to be praised is Jin Yan’s breakfast. Even though it is rich in variety, the taste simply breaks my stereotype of Hujian Province’s food desert! The bathroom and washroom are separated and very spacious. The restaurant environment is very good, breakfast is rich, both Western and Chinese food are available, as well as freshly made rice noodles and noodles. The service beauties in the restaurant are very polite and will take the initiative to help guests get their meals and take away unused tableware from the table in a timely manner. They have a sense of service. Extremely strong. There is a dedicated parking lot in front of the hotel. It is large and has many parking spaces. It is very convenient to enter and exit next to the road. It is very important for me to travel by car. There is free beer, Coke, Sprite, etc. in the small refrigerator in the room every day. The cleaning lady is also very kind. The front desk will proactively ask when cleaning is more convenient. We booked a 3-night stay here, and one of the main reasons was the indoor pool. Unfortunately this was out of service for the duration of our stay, something which might be worth mentioning on their website/beforehand (I was only told when I asked the receptionist after checking-in). The room itself was fine and a decent size (we almost had a little bit of view from the lake) except for the fact that it was uncomfortably warm and stuffy, especially at night. Even more surprising as it was pretty cool temperature wise when we were there. We tried opening the window but there wasn’t enough breeze and the mosquitos. The AC did not work seem to work, reception was notified and we were told a repairman would look at it. There seemed to be slight improvement in the second night but by the final night it seemed to have become as hot and as stuffy as the first (not sure how they would manage in the hot summer if it is like this in winter). Hopefully this will be addressed or it was only an issue with our room. The location is very good, next to a park and by the lake, less than a ten-minute walk from Hubin Middle Road subway station (take exit 2) or a short taxi drive to most places in town. You can also borrow umbrellas from the hotel, handy as it was raining for the majority of our staying. The hotel will also ask for a 1000 rmb deposit on arrival which should be returned to you after you check-out.

The hotel is clean and stylish, with convenient transportation. There is a subway station and a bus stop just outside the hotel. It takes less than ten minutes to get to the Xiamen-Guangzhou Wharf by taxi across the road from the hotel. The front desk service was very good. I suddenly felt unwell before leaving on the second morning of my stay, and the hotel immediately helped me solve the problem. I am very grateful. A very satisfying stay😊😊

The hotel's location and surrounding environment are very good. It is right in Bailuzhou Park. There is a square in the park where you can feed pigeons. The hotel has a bit of an old-fashioned feel. I booked a Yijing King Room. It has all the necessary facilities, is clean and sanitary, the staff is warm and friendly, and there are many breakfast options. There are aunties doing square dance near the park, which will stop around 9pm. It's not a big deal for people who sleep late. Compared with the surrounding hotels, this one has a relatively high overall cost performance.

The location is next to the Yundang Lake. You can walk 30 meters from the hotel to the lake. The tree house is very unique. It is a fully enclosed wooden house. There is a spiral staircase indoors to the living floor. There is a see-through glass, just like living in a tree. The sink, toilet, and shower room are independent of each other, with a separate wall for hanging clothes. The bed is tatami style, and the wooden platform beside the bed can be sat or lay down. Equipped with a water boiler, which can produce hot water in real time. The overall space is not large, and there is limited place to move around and stay. It is very quiet indoors, but there is no bed facing the outdoors. The public space downstairs is simply decorated with flowers. The breakfast is OK, but it is not recommended to buy it separately, the price is expensive. There is a washing machine, drying area, and dryer, which is very convenient. The staff is friendly and efficient.

This hotel is really good value for money. You can stay near the Eight Markets for more than 100 yuan a night in the off-season. The location is quiet in the bustling city. It is very convenient to walk to the Eight Markets to eat snacks at night. In addition, the service is also very good. The staff is very enthusiastic. When checking in, they said they were afraid of noise, so they arranged a room near the inside. After checking in, they found a big bug on the ceiling in the room. They called the front desk and caught it in a few minutes. The hygiene is also very good. After staying for two days, they put two bottles of water and changed new towels on the second day. The room area is not large. We booked two rooms. Because the layout is a little different, one room is a bit crowded with a big suitcase, and the other room is okay. It is ok for one person to live. If there are two people with two suitcases, it is recommended to book a larger room type. Of course, it is not completely without disadvantages. The room I booked has an inner window. I thought it would be very quiet without an outer window. As a result, I found that the small space outside the inner window is connected to each room, so the conversations next door can be heard clearly. Fortunately, everyone slept quietly at night. I stayed very well and very happy for these two days.
