We went for Christmas:) it was very nice experience The view from the room is amazing They offer us some Christmas cake it’s cute. For diner I recommend the Chinese restaurant not the western one 🤪 The breakfast was great !! The hotel is very beautiful and service is great, thanks to Iris for her help during our stay 😊

The size of room was not so big but things were well arranged in the room and i liked the design. We arrived earlier than the normal check-in time, but we could get a room key as soon as we arrived. The cafe/tap room is pretty nice. Location is alright, it is rather quiet but no super close to touristic attractions. One thing i didn’t like about the room is the door/wall of bathroom which is not for the privacy especially for more than two ppl guests as it is semi transparent. It seemed more suitable for a single traveler. Also in the second night, there’s was super loud beeping noise for more than 5 minutes around at 3am which woke us up. For the people who want rather unique design or set up than traditional chains, i would recommend. For the ones who expect normal service/setting, you’d better take another one.

The location is excellent, the new building has nice rooms - well maintained. However, one should be aware that this building is a photographer hotspot - so that from morning to evening the entire hotel space is overcrowded by external visitors. Some like - some not. Please be aware there is no privacy at all.

The lift door is located at a special place which I took some time to find it haha. The best thing is the location its located at the ZhongShanLu pedestrian street where shopping restaurants are all nearby. The lobby is located at level 6 and u can only access to room level with room key which makes me feels much more safer while travelling alone. The staff was super friendly and they even remind you on the weather forecast. The projector is the best thing during my trip it can screen mirroring my phone which entertain me on most of my trip cause I keep staying in hotel ^^.

The 270-degree sea view room is simply amazing. The hotel is located in a location where you can watch the sunrise without leaving the room. Check the weather forecast in advance every day to get the exact sunrise time. There is a heated swimming pool downstairs where you can swim and watch the sea in the morning or evening. The scenery is great! Every time you open the electric curtains, you will be amazed. The room has a projector, which is great for watching movies!!! The hotel is very close to the health trail, just ten steps away. You can take the elevator from the back door to the health trail and walk about ten minutes to reach the Pangui Tower. The front desk butler has a very good service attitude, thumbs up! Highly recommended to stay here.

This is close to the sea, so I decisively chose a sea view room. The view is great. 3. The bathroom is also a place I value very much. The shower is easy to use and clean. 4. The bed sheets and quilts look clean. Although I brought my own sleeping bag, it is also very important whether the store’s bedding hygiene is passed. 5. Breakfast is because it is a homestay. Breakfast is seafood noodles and fried dough sticks. It's simple but understandable. I don't eat seafood and I specifically asked to change it to green vegetables and eggs. The boss also wrote it down one by one. 6. Everyone in the store smiles and treats guests politely. It feels very comfortable. 7. The check-in will send a map. 入坑酒店以來最完美的酒店體驗！還會再來無數次！酒店本身就值得作為一場旅行的目的地！ 環境：酒店位置在馬約翰體育場對面，可以説是在鼓浪嶼核心區域鬧中取靜，步行到各個熱門景點和繁華商業區都非常方便，但就是以馬約翰廣場為界，酒店這邊相對就安靜很多，雖然有些遊客但完全不會喧嘩。酒店兩棟三層別墅分別始建於清朝和民國，也是最近才剛剛投入一個多億翻新裝修，僅有9間客房，擁有超大的私人花園，綠化極佳，有自己的棗樹，龍眼樹這些，還會定期除蟲維護，綠化很好，有貓貓保安出沒，蚊蟲不算很多，應該是島上環境最愜意的酒店了~ 雖然下午茶和餐飲對外營業，但是酒店小夥伴們有在認真管理，嚴格區分住客區域，很好地保護住客私隱~ 設施：所有房間面積都在40平方米以上而且都帶陽台，全部硬件配置都是按照奢華酒店定位去做的。室內部分其實衹有30平方米左右，但仍然是分區的大金中央空調，還配了地暖和南洋風情的吊扇。床品舒適支數高親膚度好，枕頭選用非常有心，支撐力和包裹感都極佳，兩天都睡到自然醒。房間裏還有復古的黑膠唱片機。淋浴出水量大熱得也快，也配備了TOTO的衞洗麗，最值得稱道的是還考慮到廈門的天氣，放了台立式烘乾機在衣帽間，可以用來消毒毛巾浴巾，乾燥衣物。浴缸在陽台上，陽台上安裝有電動遮光簾，可以把遮光簾全都放下變成半封閉的空間，夏天空調也可以吹過來。我會比較喜歡把側面的遮光簾放下，留一面一邊看風景，一邊泡澡。房間就是那種復古的南洋豪宅風格，設計非常注重美感，尤其是在空間感的打造還有佈局的平衡對稱都下了大功夫。 衞生：看起來是民宿，攜程上也給的是四鑽，但千萬別被迷惑，這就是一家實打實的小體量奢華酒店，也馬上會接入SLH，所以這個級別的酒店衞生問題完全不用擔心，每個房間浴缸都在陽台，這種露天浴缸每天回來的時候都乾乾淨淨，由此也可見一斑。 服務：最優秀的放在最後説，這是我入住過的近百家豪華酒店裡的最佳，毫無疑問的最佳。簡單來説從你在機場出來到返程抵達機場完全都不需要動腦子花力氣。剛剛預訂酒店就加微信來對接入住事宜，中間攜程有活動折扣，很迅速地配合取消重新預訂，我們的管家Peri有認真推薦她覺得性價比高的房間，然後提前幾天幫我們預訂了鼓浪嶼的船票，因為趕上台風影響，入住前每一天都在替我們關注天氣擔心我們能否順利登島，提前一天確認好訊息，商務車司機準時在七尚酒店接到我們，送我們到碼頭，把我們交到了運營總監姚先生手上（ps開業初期人手緊張運營總監也要兼職接送客人hhh），姚先生幫我們辦理好一切，引導我們登船上島，全程幫我們拿好行李，還備了水，到酒店一路當了半個導遊在給我們介紹島上風土人情。到了酒店進到大堂就見到了我們的可愛管家Peri，會有歡迎飲品和毛巾，衹要把身份證給她就好，行李也直接幫放到房間。因為是首批客人，當天我們也是唯一的住客，所以所有房間除了套房都可以供我們挑選，我們也就直接聽推薦入住了雙陽台的景觀房。房間裏的歡迎禮是Peri當天幫我們精心挑選的本地特產，等我們休息的時候有幫我們安排好下午茶，中間還考慮風大問我們要不要在房間吃，而且居然擔心我們換酒店比較累比較餓，給了外售套餐的四倍分量，下午茶住店客人可以選擇在花園二樓用，和其他客人分開，私隱有保障，期間還幫我們點好了第二天的早餐。第二天擔心我們起太早不舒服，明明預約了九點的導遊，但還是讓我們晚點起，慢慢吃早飯，不要急，而且我在吃早飯時聽到和我老婆閑聊提及我們不吃的東西，很認真記下來問我們要不要換餐食，重新做，第二天也會記得避開。把我們交到導遊手裡還會給我們帶上遮陽傘零食和水。酒店早餐可以選最晚下午兩點，提供的導遊可以在早九點到晚四點任選三小時，因為我們是當時唯一的客人，所以導覽服務就當於我們的專場，還會送一個景點的門票。迷你吧全免費，超級豐富的酒水飲料，而且包括多款烈酒小酒版，還會每天更新。每天晚上都會送現煮糖水，第二個晚上還因為我老婆生理期特意安排適合的糖水。酒店用餐也會積極推薦菜品，很難想象一家奢華酒店居然有島上性價比最高的下午茶和餐廳，出品在鼓浪嶼上屬於鶴立雞羣而且吃飽人均都不要100，住客還打88折。離店當天直接在約好的時間，Peri帶禮賓在房間門口等我們，一直送我們到碼頭，而禮賓小哥一直把我們送到廈門島上，交到司機手上才回去，還給我們留了他們的紀念品。坦白説，入住過的好多酒店都提供管家服務，真的讓人感覺到管家概念的是在馬爾代夫的阿麗拉，而真的讓我覺得像朋友般親近體貼的就是這裏。Peri真的是帶着熱愛在從事這個行業，給我們安排了幾乎完美的兩天行程，而且好多細節都沒法一一描述，她還有其他小夥伴真的是發自內心在替住客着想，真心希望你在酒店的體驗舒適而快樂，就比如我老婆生理期需要衞生巾，她們會給你救急的，還會專門去買給你，還要問會不會偏好什麼品牌，她們不衹是24小時有求必應，還彷彿時刻準備和你像朋友般分享，提供源源不斷的情緒價值，願意認真傾聽你的感受反饋，哪怕和你閑聊，永遠都在擔心你會不會不舒服，會不會累啊等等，離店了都還要關心你回程是不是順利，真的是斷崖領先的服務水準。 感覺下來是一個有趣的東北老闆（想在一家奢華酒店裡做人人吃得起的下午茶和餐廳）遇上了一羣有夢想的經驗豐富的酒店人，選擇了一個浪漫的地點，想要打造全國最優秀的精品酒店。我覺得如果用最佳來衡量來描述晃巖路36號，即使還沒成功，也是在成功的路上。奢華和體驗我覺得更多永遠是來自服務和態度，她們的熱情讓我無比堅信這裏成為國內都認可的最佳精品度假酒店衹是時間問題！感謝Peri，Abby（但願沒打錯），姚先生以及其他叫不上名字的全體員工和未曾謀面的東北業主大哥，為我們提供了完美的假日體驗，還會再來，不見不散~

I opened the door and walked into the lobby of the B&B. I liked the decoration style at first sight. The strong medieval style combined with this historical building is perfect! The location is great. Zhongshan Road is nearby and not far from the attractions. You can take a taxi for the starting price. You don't have to worry about transportation. The front desk service is very polite. They will answer any questions. Hahaha, they don't feel like they are indifferent. The overall experience is not bad 😁 Recommend friends to come

The service is good. If you need bottled water at night, you can pick it up at the front desk. It is very convenient. There is also free parking. The view of the sea in the room is very good. You can watch the sunrise and the sea from the master bedroom, and the sunset from the second bedroom. It is very cost-effective. It is the most satisfactory homestay I have ever stayed in!
