Great location near the central Xiamen island, within walking distance from Yundang lake. Taxi from the airport takes less than 30 minutes (50 yuan). Metro Line 1 to Xiamen North Railway Station is also close. The lobby is on the 7th floor, which can be a little confusing because you need to go there on your own first. The staff doesn't speak English very well, but enough to manage. They were very polite and courteous. The rooms were very clean and quite spacious, over 40 sqm. A toilet brush was missing (in my room). The city view is nice since all rooms are above the lobby (floor 7). Breakfast was good, mainly Chinese, with some other options, though the eggs were very salty so I couldn't enjoy them.

I booked this hotel last minute and was provided a high floor room with a view. Great location and service. However, the room itself is outdated. The beds were still spring beds and not very comfortable. For a 5 star hotel, i expected more but to be honest, I compared it to some other options and this one was great value for the price in Xiamen.

The hotel is located in the core, making it very convenient to go anywhere. It is also next to Bailuzhou, and the lake view room has a very good view. It's just that the glass may not have been cleaned for a long time, which affects the view. Special thanks go to Ms. Chen, the service manager on the 7th floor. She borrowed a thermometer because she had a fever before. When we met the next day, she asked us if we were feeling better, which made us feel warm in Xiamen. All the service staff in the hotel are also very good and have stars. What the hotel looks like. I will consider this place again when visiting Xiamen again. It is a great travel experience.

Wow what a brilliant hotel! I had originally booked for 2 nights and was going to go somewhere else in Fujian for my last 2 nights but we liked the hotel so much we spent the whole stay here. The staff is super friendly and helpful they went above and beyond to help us. The hotel has a lot of great amenities including a spa, swimming pool and restaurant. The pool has a really great view over the lake and of the city. The breakfast is mostly Chinese which is fine for me. I recommend the noodles they were delicious. We also ordered in from the hotel restaurant and tried Xiamen’s ginger duck which I highly recommend trying. The location is also brilliant it’s a 10 minute didi to Xiamen train station, the ferry to Gulangyu, the Paragon centre, the Mixc etc. There’s also a hospital next door that has a really quick and efficient covid testing centre for those of you that need a covid test to travel. Overall this was a great hotel and I will definitely be back for my next trip

At first I was very impressed upon arrival, nice view with stylish design. However the nightmare was coming in the evening, my room temperature showed 28 degrees. I reported to front desk and they said some customers reported cold, hence they switched off the air conditioning and turned on the heater. We were sweating the whole night….2nd night almost same although no heater but air conditioning still switched off only fan was working…..I complained again on the 3rd day cause my room temperature showed 30 degrees and at the end air conditioning kept remaining and we could have a good sleep finally. I travelled a lot and never facing such situation at any hotel before. I was very surprised about such arrangements as the weather was not that cold during my stay.

Excellent location with wonderful views of Gulangyu Island. Check-in was extremely slow - with a queue developing, despite it being past midnight - they also required a large deposit (double the room rate!) which we felt was excessive. Breakfast was so-so, quite a lot of choice but generally not particularly good quality - was bored of the selection by the third morning. Lots of parking which was very convenient. To be aware, there are no USB ports in the room and cannot borrow a charging block, so be sure to bring/buy your own. In-room dining menu had a wide selection and good quality. Rooms were clean and well-kept. We were brought a small gift for Christmas, which was very kind. Overall, the location and views make up for any minor ******* - would highly recommend for a city break in Xiamen.

First time staying in this hotel. Receptionist was swift in checkin in process. Clean room and toilet. Toiletries and one time use-pack were all new and stocked up. Would highly recommend. Super B services. Felt better than many other 4-5 stars hotels. Did laundry, they would assist us in drying our clothes when we weren’t around. fold and bag our clothes into the laundry bag once done. Im thankful for this extra service.

The check-in experience was not bad. I saw a lot of hotels before I came here for fear of stepping on thunder. I came to Xiamen to travel with my friends. The surrounding attractions are very close. I first booked the cheapest big bed room. The bed is quite big, but the room is too small , There is no dry and wet separation in the bathroom, it will be depressing after staying for 3 days. I changed to a big room with windows for extra money. I stayed for a few days and it was fine. The style of the room was good, and it was cleaned every day. It was great. Before leaving, the proprietress also prepared small gifts, masks, disinfectant tissues and small biscuits~ If there is a chance to come to Xiamen next time, I will stay again. Location is near zhongshan road and subway. The room is a little bit old. the shower is dirty, the bathtub is rusty, the toilet cover has pee stain and the air conditioner for cold wasn't working but the heater was. it was quite hot for us so we turned the AC for cold temp but already reached 10 degrees and still like a fan. nothing to expect high on their breakfast though the overall service was good.

I took the bus directly from Xiamen Station to Sibei, a few steps to the hotel. It is also close to Zhongshan Road and Eight Cities. We are only a ten-minute walk from the Eight Cities. 和網上看到的圖片還是有一些差別的，地理位置還不錯，大概是城中村的感覺。房屋介紹裏的設施訊息很多都是不準的，要不是想提前確認一下，問了一嘴房東，不然就……呵呵了，希望儘快更新訊息吧，後面住的小夥伴最好還是跟房東確認一下相關設施。 🙋[對於房東，我想説]房東還算是中規中矩叭，提前聯繫，入住事宜，因為退房是下午的，所以想晚一些退房，沒有溝通下來，不過也能理解。 🛏[房屋設施我一定要提]設施總體來説比較舊，感覺灰塵很多，衞生條件真的很有待提高。香皂是過期的（圖4），這個實在是不太行。廁所的地漏也有點堵，因為是冬天比較冷，所以總共也沒洗幾次澡。洗手間的通風設施也不太好，換氣扇在洗浴這邊，馬桶這邊的換氣就靠自然換氣，馬桶後面的牆有幾個小窗（沒有玻璃的那種）。洗手池已經有點歪了，中間有一部分凹下去了（如圖3）。 📍[對於周邊的便利度，我要説]周邊還是比較便利的，離地鐵站走路需要15-20分鐘，離快速公交站大概步行5分鐘。
