This room is very good. The projector is very clear and it has membership. You can watch whatever you want directly. The location is also very good. Zhongshan Road is right outside the door. There are many snack shops and it is very convenient to take a taxi. We checked in late and there was no elevator, but the lady at the front desk helped us with our luggage. If we have any questions, we can just send them a WeChat message to contact them. They also sent some travel guides and food recommendations. The service attitude is very good. They specifically reminded us to be careful to prevent fraud when we come to Xiamen.

It is worthy of being a designer hotel! The public area facilities are rich and diverse, with seating areas, coffee areas and laundry areas. For a lazy person like me, the laundry area is undoubtedly my favorite, and what’s even more surprising is that it also has a drying function. Everything in the house is voice controlled. The voice assistant Xiao Wei is more obedient than his girlfriend. Xiao Wei can turn on and off lights, air conditioners, curtains, TVs and other equipment. The waiters were warm and considerate, and the guy at the front desk also provided me with travel tips. The cleaning lady greeted me with a smile. At that moment, my mood suddenly became particularly beautiful. Also, I was a little worried about the smell of a newly opened hotel. After I moved in, I realized that my worries were unnecessary. There are tea scent machines in designated areas around the hotel to remove the smell, and the whole room was filled with a light scent of tea. I slept very comfortably here, super comfortable. The lobby is spacious and bright, and the reception staff are warm and thoughtful, making me feel the warmth of home as soon as I entered the hotel. The guest rooms are spacious and comfortable, with luxurious yet warm decoration. The bed was soft and comfortable, giving me a good night's sleep. The bathroom facilities are complete, clean and tidy, which allowed me to fully relax during the trip.

Great place near lots of good food. Didn't have any trouble checking in as a foreigner. The staff was extremely helpful and helped me get a SIM card as well as book a ferry ticket. They did a great job and I'm very thankful.

My elderly mom and I visited Xiamen for a 5D4N private trip. Booked Millennium Harbourview Hotel again on the 3rd and 4th day stay due to the superb and convenient location. When we reached the hotel around 4 pm, we were greeted by a hotel staff wearing a black coat. He helped us to push our luggage bags from the main entrance until our room. We really appreciate his kindness. From the hotel, turn right and walk along the road until you cross the traffic light and reach the end, turn right again until you reach Heping Wharf to onboard the ship for Lujiang night tour. 20 mins walk. There's 2 sessions available, 7.30 pm & 8 pm. It cost RMB109 perpax. The night tour took around 1 hour to finish. The sky in Xiamen started to get bright at 5 am. If you can wake up early, this is the best time to go out and walk around the hotel surrounding area. It's cool and windy. It's a good time to take photos as only a few people and cars are on the street. It's very peaceful and safe to walk along the road. We didn't see any cat, dog, or birds on the street. A 30 mins walk to Haibin Park to see the sea and Gulangyu Island. You may also rent a bicycle that is available at the roadside in front of the hotel. There's many local food roadside stalls available in front of the hospital beside the hotel. We requested the hotel staff to arrange a taxi to send us to airport T3 during checkout. The whole process took around 7 mins, from checkout until we board the taxi. We really appreciate the front door staff dressed in red uniform to call for the taxi and helped us to upload our luggage bags in the car. The journey to the airport took around 30 mins and cost us RMB50. I hope the hotel management can consider changing the room mattress as it's too old. The pillow is too flat. Good for sleep but not for resting. The room is very clean, but the wooden headboard frame was sticky when i lay my head on it. The bathroom rain shower head needs a fix as cold water dripping down when i'm using the handheld showerhead.

I originally booked just one night for a room with 'no window'. Upon arrival, they gave me a room with a small window but with a wonderful view outside. So I immediately extended my stay to 3 nights. A soaring office tower nearby put on a fantastic lights show every night. The room was very clean and comfortable with all necessary amenities included. Lots of local buses and BRT buses right around the corner with many fascinating shops & eateries. The front desk staff were always very friendly and helpful. I'd like to give my thanks to two particular staff, Ms. Chen Mei 陈梅 & Ms. Lisa Lee Xia 李霞. They both went above and beyond during my stay to help me with many things, from purchasing Gulangyu ferry ticket, to helping me to set up my Alipay, WeChat, and other mundane things that normally would make any new visitor from outside of China crazy upon arrival. They both were very sweet, courteous, professional and efficient. They made my stay in Xiamen very enjoyable and easy to maneuver. The other male staff are also very friendly. Lastly, did I say Echeng Hotel has a robot server? I saw it one night delivering dinner from the ground floor to a room on the 6th floor and then returned to the ground floor lobby by itself. Very cool!

Great location. A little noisy as the room was facing the back road and the toilet windows cannot be closed. Escalators didn't work all the time. Wifi works for foreigner as there's an alternative way to login with the room number. We did not want housekeeping so they left water outside our door everyday.

Whenever i have issue or request for my extra towels etc. I can send my request by adding their wechat number because the the hotel do not have lift and telephone.
