整體評價一個差。
1.為了看張惠妹演唱會，第一次來咸陽。提前20天預訂的雙床房，實際入住給了大床房，要求換房，結果告知沒有房間。我就納悶了，到底是什麼原因導致提前20天的訂單都滿足不了。
2.入住後勉為其難接受大床房，讓加送一床被子，一直等了快半小時，催促兩次，接近凌晨12點才送過來。
3.給前台叮囑要安靜的房間，結果給的房間巨吵無比，樓下不知道什麼設備響聲震天。隔壁房間隔音極差，幾個瘋狂的女人從半夜一直鬼吼鬼叫到凌晨2點，被吵醒投訴後，才稍有收斂。
4.衞生較差，洗澡後才發現浴巾裏有別人的長頭髮，我也懶得喊更換，自己用睡衣勉強擦了下身體。
5.wifi差，非要填各種訊息，採集你所有的私隱，才勉強連結。網速差。
6.所謂的下午茶，除了咖啡尚可，甜品基本都是半成品，質量較差，聊勝於無。
酒店問題較多，但是服務員態度還是不錯。從前台到所有工作人員，基本都有較好素質。值得好評的是早餐不錯，供應時間也長。退房時間晚。酒店位置較好。
最後奉勸一句！對睡眠質量要求高的人慎選！

房間挺好的，也很乾凈。前台那個戴眼鏡的女孩子服務態度很好，相比較有個戴眼鏡的男孩子服務態度就要差一些了。總體來説還是比較滿意的。

住25樓特別吵，大清早樓下大早上音響聲巨吵，樓頂是餐廳桌子凳子一直響，總之特別吵根本睡不了。
