玻璃門漏風，入睡體驗極差。早餐用餐環境不是很理想 和價格完全不符。協調換了房間也是如此，地上還有頭髮絲沒有打掃乾淨。隔音極差，凌晨有人大吵大鬧沒有人員管理，安全存在問題。
建議酒店對房間玻璃門密封進行優化，否則永遠是雞肋問題。早餐進行優化，可以恢復自助餐或直接取消，降低入住價格。前台小姐姐服務沒的説 沒問題。

古城夜景房真的夜景太美了，逛古城這家酒店最棒。服務稍微差了一點有一點小插曲，但是總體很棒 ，我忘記了充電器，前台也幫我快遞了 感謝。西昌日照太厲害了，風太大了，來了就生病了，不然真的好想再來看這個古城夜景

很喜歡的一家民宿、本來覺得很有格調！夜景也確實不錯！可是接近一千元的酒店入住感實在糟糕！首先房間和陽台連接的玻璃門根本無法閉合！那麼大一個縫隙既不隔音也不保温吧、冬冷夏熱吧？（如果開空調你們就不考慮你們酒店的用電成本嗎？）最重要的是衞生間的馬桶沒有防臭處理、整個味道蔓延到房間真的有點無法形容！還有天台的早餐座椅那個坐墊是不是可以把椅套取下來清洗一下啊？臟的有點離譜了！真心建議不要讓細節毀了整體

這個酒店真的太讓人驚喜了，在一個單位的大院裏，非常大，就像個****，還有小童軍訓用的坦克與直升機。
每棟樓都是官方招待所的風格，穩重氣派；房間又大又漂亮，房間內的沙發茶區，與陽台上的小茶几，都很舒服。
