環境、設施不錯；前廳接待處兩個服務人員都不錯很熱情也很積極；早餐也算豐富，但不知為何早餐沒有水果；餐廳服務人員服務意識亟待提升！所有服務人員如能統一制服更顯專業，特別餐廳人員着便服感覺很不衞生！

新開的酒店，住在那拉提景區裏面很方便，服務很到位，房間也很好，早餐也豐富。晚餐差一點。當天晚上下雨了，幸好房間內很舒適。

第一次入住攜程農莊，很滿意！此次北疆10天行程的體驗感top1。酒店的整體佈局很有度假氣息，那拉提之遊不二之選。酒店貼心準備了一次性浴池薄膜，必須放鬆下。

新疆旅行景點內的民宿住的有點怕怕了 所以到了那拉提第一選擇希望住進賓館 衞生服務都可有保障 臨時訂了這家 進去環境沒的説 原來 景緻 都和後面的草原搭配的錯落有致 進來房間 最滿意的是有個榻榻米茶室 旅行的停留變得精緻有趣 窗外及陽台外都是一片綠色 時不時聽到牛 馬 羊的叫喚聲 很治癒
美中不足的是 酒點應該是剛開 房內甲醛味道比較厲害 我們是開着窗睡覺的 希望酒店能儘快改進 多做幾次去甲醛的工程
