The best hotel for Yaizu vacation! 55 square meters Japanese-Western style sea view room, quite comfortable! Two hot springs are available, the Kuroshio hot springs from 1500 meters underground have a unique texture (salty hot spring). All meals are included, breakfast is OK, lunch (staying for two nights) provides a special fresh sashimi rice, very delicious, dinner is quite rich, especially more wine varieties, and three afternoon tea venues, good scenery, more exquisite tea.

The welcome drink included beer, and the buffet-style dinner included local beer, shochu, whiskey, and other drinks. The food ranged from local food to Chinese, so it was fun. It was a last-minute reservation and expensive, but my family said they want to come again. I'd like to take my time next time.

Since I had refrained from traveling during the summer due to the coronavirus, I went to Yaizu for the first time in 5 years since July 2018. The beautiful view of the sea from the room, the high-quality dinner for a buffet style, and the smiling faces of the staff were all very impressive, so we decided to go to this hotel in Yaizu for our first family trip since the end of the coronavirus pandemic. I did. We arrived at the hotel early and swam in the pool until 3:00 p.m. when we got into our room, but the only way to access the pool was by a small cable car. Children are very happy with it, and at the same time, it is gentle and a favorite for even a disabled grandpa. However, the last time I visited, the air conditioning inside the cable car was working properly, but it seemed to be malfunctioning and the inside of the cable car was in a steaming bath. (Well, the ride time is only 2-3 minutes, so it's not a problem.) The sea view from the room and the delicious dinner remain the same. Although I arrived in the heat of the day, the parking lot staff welcomed me at the entrance with a smile, and the front desk staff always greeted me with a smile...I was really taken care of by the staff, and I think it's a comfortable resort hotel. . I look forward to working with you again next summer.

We stayed in one room with 6 people of 3 generations. Mt.Fuji could not be seen from the room, but from the lounge terrace, we could see Mt.Fuji. You can see it from the bath. The food was a so-called buffet in the morning and evening, and the sushi was especially delicious. Also, coffee, beer, and highballs are all-you-can-drink in the lounge, so you can spend some time away from your family. It seems that there are activities, but I didn't use them. During the day, Nihondaira and Miho-no-Matsubara are conveniently close by car. Not suitable for traveling alone!

Disappointing point ・Large queue at check-in. There were only 2 reception staff (2 locations), and I had to stand and wait for a long time. Even when my mother, who has bad legs, sat down, nothing happened, and my family immediately supported her. It may have taken more time than usual because there were many people showing vaccination tickets related to goto travel. Wait until you can check in and enter the room! I thought, but I was not ready, so I was kept waiting again. After that, there was no voice, and when I asked for it, I was handed the key as if I remembered it. I know you're busy, but it was tough. I felt that the number and skills of the staff were insufficient. The room was old and the toilet was always smelly. I was prepared for the oldness to some extent, but I wanted you to do something about the smell of the toilet.・It rained the next day, so I couldn't do many activities. Therefore, I decided to leave the inn early, and when I went to take a rest in the lounge, there was no air conditioner in the back space of the lounge, even though it was midsummer. It was unbearably hot and the few chairs at the entrance to the lounge were filled with people. I couldn't wait for a while, so when I asked the female staff in the lounge, she didn't say sorry or explain the reason, and when I checked, she went away. After that, he didn't seem to report to me, so when I approached him, he ignored me. It was too harsh a response. There were no drinks available, so I checked and found out that the lounge is for guests and opens at 15:00. If I had to ask, I would like the customer who stayed one night to be able to use it on the next morning as well. At the very least, the hotel lobby was full of people due to the rain, so wouldn't it be nice to turn on the air conditioning in the back? If you don't turn on the air conditioner during preparations, you should make it easy to understand, such as not to put it in. It was a pity that the service was not perfect even though I had come all the way to travel.・It was raining the next day, so when I tried to kill time with my kids in the kids space, they said they were open in the evening and not in the morning. It was a pity that it was all-inclusive. I understand the cleaning time, but I would like you to extend the usage time.

Only towels that can be taken home are brought from the room, and bath towels can be used as much as you want in the dressing room. The hot springs are open-air baths only. The indoor bath is real water. Both are heated and without chlorinated circulation. I didn't smell chlorine. It's a little hot outside. It had a peculiar smell that I can't describe. There is chlorine in both the indoor and outdoor baths, but the smell is different, so it must be the smell of a hot spring. The drawback is that the open-air bath that day trippers can use is small. The cold Shizuoka tea after the bath was exceptionally delicious. Since I visited in winter, I didn't use various outdoor activities and only used the forest terrace. Hmm... Only a few pies and cookies, and there are few types of drinks, so I drank coffee and immediately moved to the hotel. Oh, just riding the slope car was exciting. The scenery is the selling point of this hotel, so it was amazing. There are many shooting points, you can see Mt. Fuji, and the sunset is beautiful, so I feel that this hotel is suitable for couples. All-inclusive is very nice that you can drink alcohol from daytime to night. It's a pity that there was only Japanese sake. When I thought I was looking forward to the next day, I withdrew from alcohol to non-alcohol. I was looking forward to drinking non-alcoholic at checkout, but I'm sorry. Dinner is a buffet. I don't eat Chinese food, but this place seems to be famous for Chinese food, so when I tried the mapo tofu, I was convinced that the taste was definitely different from other places. I couldn't get a lot of sushi and sashimi at once, so it was troublesome to go get it, but unlike the buffet sushi around here, the material itself was delicious and fresh. There were a lot of free drinks and I couldn't drink all kinds. Is breakfast normal? However, I'm usually a bread person, but the freshly made rice balls are delicious, and I got a few of them.
