Good location near to the station, bit old but it’s spacious.

The hotel is located in front of Xinshankou Station, and the transportation is very convenient. Although some facilities look a bit old, they are well maintained and the rooms are spacious and comfortable. The equipment outside the room is noisy.

The front desk staff was polite and very helpful. However, I was surprised by how humid and moldy the room was, especially during this time of year. I think it would be a little different if they paid more attention to deodorizing the room and turned on the exhaust fan before checking in.

It was a shame that the hallway smelled like cigarettes, but the room was cleaned thoroughly and the amenities were adequate.

The service is good, but it is obvious that the hotel building is aging.

After traveling for more than 20 days, I was the only hotel without a smart toilet seat. From this, we can see the level of various facilities. To be honest, 300rmb is not worth a day

The staff was very responsive. The room was also clean and good.

新山口駅前すぐの立地で遅い予約にも関わらず便利に利用できました。設備は古い部分も見えますがしっかり維持管理もされており部屋も広く快適に過ごすことができました。

駅から近いのは便利であるが、建物が古い。

酒店位置近JR和巴士站，方便，飯店外表較老舊，大堂有漫畫書給客閱謮；前台職員友善及樂助，房間寛敞及舒適
