This is a very loving hotel. From the reviews, I saw that the service is first-class and the hygiene is clean. I booked a room for my family with a try-it attitude. After checking in, my family repeatedly told me to help them review it. They said that they felt the enthusiasm of Shengxin Hotel and they were very satisfied. It can be divided into the following points. First: I only paid attention to the price and didn’t pay attention to the windowless. My parents went to the hotel front desk lady to tell them that the room type they booked was windowless. My parents said that the front desk saw that they were older and upgraded them to a room with windows for free, and told them that they slept well when traveling. I was really touched. Second: Helped us make a travel guide (food, specialties, attractions) and told us to go to this attraction first and then that attraction. It said that Yan'an has many one-way streets. If you follow this guide to travel, you won’t waste time on the road. We also went to Erdao Street and ate delicious food. The hotel is about half an hour away from the food street. It only took 10 minutes to get to Pagoda Mountain. I bought Yan'an millet and Yan'an jujube. Third, when we checked in, the girl at the front desk helped us deliver our luggage to the room. When we checked out, the room attendant delivered our luggage to the door. 👍 The TV and air conditioner in the room could not be adjusted. The room attendant came to help us adjust it. Moreover, every employee I met would take the initiative to say hello. The above is what touched me. Let's talk about the hotel environment. The hotel lobby is very large. The boss is very attentive in running the business. There are free hot and cold drinks. Coffee, milk tea, juice, and 6 kinds of flower tea can be drunk for free. Yan'an dog head jujube can also be eaten for free, and there is no charge for using tea sets. There is also a large exhibition hall, which is full of things from the 1970s and 1980s. The boss is attentive.

The service was the best. After arriving at the hotel that day, I found that I had booked the wrong room. The waiter immediately helped me contact the department and check out, re-booking, and made our group satisfied. Hotel health is also very good, stay for three days, clean and tidy in time, and is a floor room, very satisfied. The environment decoration is also great, simple and fresh. There are many varieties of breakfast. The traffic is extremely convenient. The hotel goes out and turns right in the direction of Erdao Street Pagoda Mountain. Turn left is the former site of Wangjiaping, the holy place of the revolution, and the revolutionary memorial hall. It is worth staying.

The hotel is not too far from the Pagoda Mountain Scenic Area, Wanda Plaza, Erdao Street Night Market. There are also buses to Zaoyuan, Yangjialing, and Yan'an Revolutionary Memorial Hall. The hotel's facilities are relatively new and the rooms have small voice control. Air conditioning is central air conditioning, and the cooling effect is average. Breakfast is a little simpler.

The service attitude of this hotel is very good, not only the room is comfortable and clean, but the staff always smile, because with the children out, they take the initiative to provide the children's slippers and toiletries, which makes us feel at home. The room was clean, tidy, and well-equipped. The front desk staff, room attendants, and breakfast waiters were all very warm and thoughtful! Rich variety of breakfast! No photos, but very nice! Transportation is also very convenient!

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

The hotel is strategically located next to the famous Zaoyuan Revolutionary Site in Yan'an City. It is conveniently located and can be easily reached by car or public transportation. Miss Zixue is an extremely kind and enthusiastic front desk staff member I met during my stay at Yan'an Zaoyuan Atour Hotel. She not only has excellent professional qualities, but also knows all the services and facilities of the hotel. She can always answer our questions quickly and accurately, and her smile is like a spring breeze, which makes people feel warm.

There were a few staff members in the off-season. After being reminded, I saw that the order had been upgraded. I waited for more than half an hour before the room was cleaned. The view is unbeatable, and the Red Street is opposite. The hotel has a shuttle bus for free round-trip transportation.

The environment is good, and it is relatively expensive in Yan'an. It is right next to the train station, which is very convenient and close to the city. However, because the hotel is too close to the train track, the noise from the high-speed train passing the station is still quite loud. The front desk service is very good and very welcoming. Check out was quick enough. However, there is no disposable toilet cover, so it is recommended to improve it. I didn't eat breakfast, so I can't comment. Overall, it's worth recommending.
