Spacious room, awesome view and friendly services. Location is central.

The room along the river is so nice that I enjoyed fireworks to celebrate ***** new year. Anna(安娜) at the front desk is very friendly and kind to help my first trip there. I appreciate her support so much!!

This hotel is about a 15 minute drive from the train station, and around the same from the center of town, and right across the lake from the red street, so it's very conveniently located. The hotel itself was really excellent. Very clean, quiet, and the staff were super friendly. Cherry at the front desk was extremely helpful! The room is spacious, the bed was comfortable and the facilities are great. Not to mention the breakfast was also wonderful. I would recommend this hotel to other visitors, and will definitely come back.

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

After comparing Wanda Realm and Jinhua Hotel, I specifically chose the five-star Jiahua Hotel. The environment is good, it is not in the city center and it is relatively quiet. The night view opposite the lake view room is beautiful. However, the hotel's facilities were not at a five-star level, and the wash basin had no hot water. The maintenance man came over at around 9pm and said that the hot water pipe needed to be replaced, and he had to replace it the next day to make it usable. The hot water temperature in the shower is relatively low, similar to body temperature, making bathing uncomfortable. The room is generally clean, the service staff are very enthusiastic and have a good service attitude. The dishes in the Chinese restaurant are large and taste average.

Booked for my parents. The hotel staff arranged the room very thoughtfully. The breakfast was great. The location is also good. The night view is beautiful at night. It should be the first choice hotel when traveling.

First-class environment, ordinary service, second-rate equipment, terrible breakfast, it's hard to describe Sicong's hotel. Although the front desk upgraded my room for free, the quality of soft furnishings and hardware is worrisome.

The location is convenient and the environment is good. Opposite the Red Street you can watch the performance of "Back to Yan'an". You can walk or take a shuttle bus. You get free fruit when you check in, and you can use review vouchers when ordering food. The indoor swimming pool and supporting shower and steam facilities look new. The bathroom shower has comfortable water pressure, the bath products are of good quality, and the TV picture quality is clear. It has complete Yan'an Channel and Phoenix Channel, which is very good without the messy provincial satellite TV. The overall design is calm yet exquisite, matching the red tourism theme.

Clean, tidy, sanitary and spacious, with a strong northern Shaanxi style. Yan'an Red Street is just opposite. The service staff is warm and thoughtful, carefully introducing the various facilities in the room and being very respectful to the elderly. It is the best hotel in Yan'an!

It is a little far from the city, suitable for self-driving. The service is satisfactory. The hotel design reflects the local characteristics of Yan'an. It is opposite to the Red Street. There is a shuttle bus to the Red Street, which is convenient.

I can't help but give a five-star review 👍During the May Day holiday, I traveled to Yan'an with my family. It was convenient and comfortable to stay here. Every staff member I met in the lobby was very enthusiastic and service-minded. I stayed with the elderly and children for two nights, and they upgraded the special kang room. The children had a lot of fun playing in Wanda Red Street opposite. The hotel shuttle bus responded promptly, and it was very convenient to watch the performances and then return to Yan'an (the performances are also recommended. If it is not the May Day holiday, the viewing experience will be better if there are fewer people). It is a meaningful red journey. I recommend friends to stay here.

The hotel environment is very good👍 and the manager Miao Lihong's service is very considerate. When I arrived at the hotel, it was my child's birthday. Manager Miao immediately helped to prepare a delicious and beautiful cake🎂

Stayed for one night until almost 1am. The service staff was friendly. The room was nice, with a cave-like feel and water view. It was clean and tidy. I would stay here again.

It is not a peak season, so there are fewer people. It is very quiet and the environment is first-class. On the other side is the Red Street developed by Wanda Group. The hotel has a free shuttle bus to go there. The hotel is very close to Yan'an Station, which is the first choice for travel. The price on non-holidays is also quite touching. The original room type was upgraded to a cave room with a small increase in money. It is very unique and worth trying. The hotel service is also in place, and there is no neglect due to the small number of guests. We are very enthusiastic to provide us with scenic spot maps, travel brochures, and children's toothbrushes and slippers. The facilities are also quite complete, the swimming pool is clean, there are lifeguards, remember to bring swimsuits, swimming caps, and swimming goggles, which are more expensive to buy in the hotel.
