The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Check-in gave us a special paper-cut. There are hot towels and hot drinks as soon as you enter the door, and the room is clean and tidy. The environment is really nice. Conveniently located in a central location. The Chinese and Western breakfast buffet is very satisfactory overall. I will come here next time I stay here, it is worth recommending. Very satisfied with this stay experience 😄😄

🏨About the hotel. The decoration style is relatively new. The hotel's color scheme is mainly black and orange. It's not bad. The service of Xiaokou ZAO at the front desk is great. The mini program opens the door, so it doesn't matter if you don't have a room card. The mini program can control the lights in the room, which is quite convenient. 🛏Room type I booked an XL bed and was an official platinum member, but I arrived very late that night and there were no rooms in the upper room type, so I couldn't upgrade to a room. The design of dry and wet separation is very good, the space for hanging clothes is quite large, and it can also store suitcases, which is very convenient. 🧼Spares Zmax’s own brand shampoo, shower gel, and hand sanitizer smell good and are easy to use; the hair dryer is from Xiaomi and is also easy to use. It’s a shining example of domestic products! 💁🏻Service The service staff have a very good attitude. They are very patient during check-in and answer every question seriously. I really feel the enthusiasm of the people of northern Shaanxi. 🍜Breakfast and snacks Breakfast is a simple meal with not many varieties, but it can fill you up. The pasta, steamed buns and other items are quite delicious. It was very late on the day of check-in. After checking in for a while, the service staff brought some snacks and drinks, which was very nice. 📍Hotel location The hotel is located in the center of Yan'an, very close to Pagoda Mountain and Yan'an Revolution Memorial Hall. There is a parking space in front of the hotel, you can park for free, which is not bad.

The house with large panoramic windows is really nice to see the night view. Since the room type of my companions can only be arranged up to the 6th floor, I also stayed on the 6th floor. If you want a better view, the higher the panoramic room, the better. It should be noted that the panoramic room is close to the intersection of Sancha Road. Although the room has tried its best to adopt sound insulation and noise reduction measures, there is still some vehicle noise. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to be cautious. The hotel is relatively formal and there are no people stuffing cards or making phone calls. There are limited parking spaces downstairs, but there is cooperation in the adjacent parking lot and there are plenty of parking spaces. The only unpleasant thing about this stay was that the anti-slip shower mat in my room had become moldy because it had not been cleaned for a long time. Later, the clerk came to replace it on site. It should be an example of one of the cleaning staff being lazy. Hotel management needs to be improved.

The hotel is great! ! ! Just on the side of the road, it is very easy to find, parking can be parked on the ground or in his underground parking lot, and parking tickets are free. The front desk was very good and patiently answered our questions. The whole building of the hotel is very stylish! The room is super big! The facilities are also very new! And it's quite quiet. The breakfast variety is very rich. In short, very good value for money! There are many places to eat near the hotel, diagonally opposite is a shopping mall, about 10 minutes walk from Pagoda Mountain.

The service is very good, there are welcome fruits, there is a supper, mineral water and fruit snacks are also given out of the store, the apples inside are delicious, and printing services are also provided. There is a special computer and printer for guests in the lobby, which is very considerate. I did my summer homework and I am very satisfied! The parking lot is at the back of the hotel, it's big, it looks like a cave, it's cool inside! But... what I want is a well-lit room. I arranged a room with small mini windows. It was very dark during the day. I thought that every room was the same, but the next day I passed by the door of other rooms and saw others. The room has a super large half-floor window, and the sunlight floods the whole room, which is so envious!

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

Supper only has mung bean porridge, millet porridge and some pickles, with few varieties. The breakfast variety is average. 3. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and rich. It is the hotel with the richest breakfast I have ever had during my trip to Xi'an. Whether it's the front desk in the lobby or the luggage delivery service or cleaning, everyone is very warm and polite, and the experience is great. The photos are taken at breakfast, but there are actually many delicious ones. The disadvantage is that the bathroom and bedroom in the room are frosted glass. I take a bath late, and the bathroom lighting will disturb the family who go to bed early. It would be better if you add a blackout curtain.

I really didn't expect the environment of this hotel to be so good, as well as the buffet breakfast, which was delicious, but unfortunately I was given breakfast for 3 days, I only have two days to get up and enjoy it😂.
