Best Yan＇an Spa Hotels

Very satisfactory 3 nights stay at Jinze hotel during our recent visit to Yan’an. Hotel room is clean and spacious, bed is comfortable. Very strategic location at the city centre, walkable to QingLiang Hill and the famous food street. Getting a taxi or DIDI is easy. We enjoyed the breakfast served in the hotel which comes with good variety and mostly local dishes. What impressed me most is the friendly staffs who are always enthusiastic to offer help and travel advice. The hotel in-house restaurants offer delicious food that comes with very reasonable price. Not surprisingly that we had several enjoyable meals at the hotel restaurant. The hotel staff also offered us free souvenirs when we checked out. Appreciate the kind gesture very much 😁. No doubt I would recommend this hotel to anyone who will visit Yan’an.

The hotel lobby is large and magnificent, the rooms are also very spacious, desks and chairs, multi-person sofas, recliners, etc., breakfast varieties, buildings and all aspects are also newer. But some details need to be improved. From the gate to the lobby, there are no facilities to sit or put things. My room air conditioning is better than nothing. There is no small table for mobile phones next to the toilet.

酒店原來的設施是比較好的，但是有點老化，床墊裏面的鋼絲都出來了，空調晚上温度還可以但是白天就不熱了。酒店沒有早餐，附近吃飯不太方便。有停車場，就是衞生不夠好。

The business is busy, there is no time to check the facilities in the room, and when the air conditioner is turned on, there is no response. The hot water is turned on and it is still cold for ten minutes. The phone went to the front desk, and a waiter came over five minutes later. It is estimated that she turned on the air conditioner switch from the control room. Because the air conditioner just turned on, she knocked on the door. However, the air conditioner just started for two minutes and there was no electricity. Give me a small sun, think about the safety hazard, or forget it. The waiter took ten minutes in the bathroom, and finally there was hot water. I took a shower and blew my hair. I just blew it for half a minute. It was quite. I actually had overheat protection and was speechless! Five minutes later, I continued to blow ～ four or five times before blowing dry. Okay, this is the case! There is no sense of service at the front desk!

酒店試營業非常超值，入住贈送酒店內湯泉體驗券，四個温泉功能池、洗浴中心；酒店客房感覺重新裝修過很新，環境和衞生不錯，服務很熱心但服務流程不順暢有待優化，比如泡湯很多客人都是到了1f才被告知要返回2f掃碼再回1f領手牌；還有酒店停車注意要開到負2層，負一層沒有直通酒店的電梯要繞一大圈；酒店的中央空調要吐槽，太熱了，製冷沒有用，很多客人都在反饋，但酒店無法解決，一晚熱的沒睡好，建議儘快改善
