The front desk service is warm and thoughtful. Check-in gave us a special paper-cut. There are hot towels and hot drinks as soon as you enter the door, and the room is clean and tidy. The environment is really nice. Conveniently located in a central location. The Chinese and Western breakfast buffet is very satisfactory overall. I will come here next time I stay here, it is worth recommending. Very satisfied with this stay experience 😄😄

Enjoyed a very pleasant 4 day trip to visit the historical and revolutionary sites of Yan’an and the trip was made much better thanks to a very comfortable and convenient stay at the Wanda Realm. For anybody who plans to visit the city I highly recommend this hotel. The hotel is located just to the south of the old city of Yan’an in the newly built Wanda City area. It is a 15-20 minute taxi ride to the old center (depending on traffic) and it’s relatively easy to call a taxi with a ride hailing app like Didi. It’s also within walking distance of the Red Street 红街 tourism area that has a theatre, cinema, activities, coffee shops and restaurants. The hotel is new and all of the main public areas are clean and well maintained - such as the lobby, hotel rooms, restaurant and gym/pool. The gym contains my favorite Life Fitness gym equipment (a quality brand) and the multi-lane, 25m meter pool is a dream for anyone who likes to swim. It even offers a good view. The hotel breakfast is very good value for money and offers a high quality selection of Western-style food (bread, eggs, bacon, sausages and cereals) as well as very tasty local Chinese food - especially local Yan’an/Shanxi noodles and dumplings. For any foreigners like me, you’ll get a good sense of local taste with good ingredients. The room was very clean and spacious with nice balcony and great view of the lake and Red Street. Service staff was excellent and many staff speak good English. We even received a nice hand written message and welcome fruits. Especially if you travel with children, this is where you should stay in Yan’an. Thank you for making my holiday more enjoyable.

1. The family room is spacious, with 1.8+1.2 beds, and a large sofa (very wide, children can sleep), the bathroom shower, toilet, and wash basin are separated for easy use 2. Provide free afternoon tea, supper, breakfast, afternoon tea with rose, lemon, red dates and other choices, there are small biscuits, red dates, small apples to eat, there are not many varieties. Supper only has mung bean porridge, millet porridge and some pickles, with few varieties. The breakfast variety is average. 3. The front desk and security services are particularly enthusiastic, with free self-service milk tea and coffee machines at the front desk. 4. Good location, just above Wanda Tower, facing Qingliang Mountain and Baota Mountain, Baota Mountain has a light show every night. 5. The room is soundproofed 6. The breakfast was excellent, fresh and rich. It is the hotel with the richest breakfast I have ever had during my trip to Xi'an. Whether it's the front desk in the lobby or the luggage delivery service or cleaning, everyone is very warm and polite, and the experience is great. The photos are taken at breakfast, but there are actually many delicious ones. The disadvantage is that the bathroom and bedroom in the room are frosted glass. I take a bath late, and the bathroom lighting will disturb the family who go to bed early. It would be better if you add a blackout curtain.

The house with large panoramic windows is really nice to see the night view. Since the room type of my companions can only be arranged up to the 6th floor, I also stayed on the 6th floor. If you want a better view, the higher the panoramic room, the better. It should be noted that the panoramic room is close to the intersection of Sancha Road. Although the room has tried its best to adopt sound insulation and noise reduction measures, there is still some vehicle noise. If you are a light sleeper, it is recommended to be cautious. The hotel is relatively formal and there are no people stuffing cards or making phone calls. There are limited parking spaces downstairs, but there is cooperation in the adjacent parking lot and there are plenty of parking spaces. The only unpleasant thing about this stay was that the anti-slip shower mat in my room had become moldy because it had not been cleaned for a long time. Later, the clerk came to replace it on site. It should be an example of one of the cleaning staff being lazy. Hotel management needs to be improved.

Thanks to the staff of Shengxin Hotel, the fruit plate prepared for us in advance, very enthusiastic and thoughtful, the front desk staff is warm and welcoming, the overall style of the hotel is very good, the environment is comfortable and quiet, the front desk also has northern Shaanxi specialties to buy, affordable, parking is also very convenient, Very friendly to our foreign driving tourists.

The service is very good, there are welcome fruits, there is a supper, mineral water and fruit snacks are also given out of the store, the apples inside are delicious, and printing services are also provided. There is a special computer and printer for guests in the lobby, which is very considerate. I did my summer homework and I am very satisfied! The parking lot is at the back of the hotel, it's big, it looks like a cave, it's cool inside! But... what I want is a well-lit room. I arranged a room with small mini windows. It was very dark during the day. I thought that every room was the same, but the next day I passed by the door of other rooms and saw others. The room has a super large half-floor window, and the sunlight floods the whole room, which is so envious!

I really didn't expect the environment of this hotel to be so good, as well as the buffet breakfast, which was delicious, but unfortunately I was given breakfast for 3 days, I only have two days to get up and enjoy it😂. If I come to Yan'an again next time, I will definitely choose this hotel again. Thanks to everyone who has helped me.

The location is good, the city center, there is parking in the ba*****t, and there are all food nearby. I ordered this because I wanted to eat Chuanyun noodles. The breakfast was average, the room was good, there was a bathtub, you could see the pagoda mountain, and the front desk service was slightly poor and blunt. Ox can't do

The parking lot is very close, the service is very good, the lobby decoration is also very local, the breakfast is also very rich, very close to the tourist attractions of the Pagoda Mountain, and the old site of the Wangjiaping Revolution on the way, the Yan'an Revolution Memorial Hall is not outside!
