Overall, my stay was quite good. The only minor drawback was the long wait for the elevators, but that's understandable given it was peak season and there were a lot of people. The front desk staff had excellent service attitudes. Being right by the beach downstairs was very comfortable. I'll definitely come back to Hailing Island for another visit~

Reception at arrival (midnight) was occupied by an arrogant employee, not helping at all. The other days, the receptionists were pretty good. Hotel was occupied from about 5% (estimation), breakfast was 1 possibility from 2 choices (rice congee or noodle soup). Surroundings is poor, many shops and restaurants closed, sea and beach full of garbage. Pools closed except very good pool on the roof of building 2. What to say more? The place looks like abandoned, not maintained, sad feeling.

Facilities: The room is very comfortable, with intelligent control switches and thoughtfully provided two types of pillows to meet different needs. Hygiene: Very clean, spotless, and tidy. It can be said to be very comfortable for patients with obsessive-compulsive disorder like me. Environment: There are a lot of places to eat around, and there are also many specialty shops. You can get late-night snacks when you leave the hotel at night, and there are also many food stalls. Service: The service is very good, the front desk is very gentle, 24-hour service, and answers all questions. The surrounding facilities or nearby places to visit were also carefully introduced to us. Overall: worth recommending, the overall experience is very good! ! ! !

High-floor sea view, came with 2 complimentary tickets to the outdoor water park downstairs. The staff upgraded us for free to a high-floor sea-view twin room. The hotel facilities are relatively new, but the downstairs pool closes at 6:30 PM. The beautiful view certainly lifted my spirits, but my good mood was dampened by a few issues. I recommend the hotel addresses these: 1. The light from the north corridor shines into the room through the bathroom glass (the ventilation fan faces the north corridor). There's no way to block the morning sun, so if you're sensitive to light, you'll be woken up. The single layer of frosted film isn't enough; I suggest adding a blackout curtain. 2. For a hotel renovated in 2026, the TV is outdated and doesn't offer screen mirroring. This is inconsistent with the price point, the beautiful sea view, and the modern front desk. 3. I reported to the front desk that the showerhead wasn't staying in its holder. Customer service responded quickly, but since I was only staying for one night, I didn't push for an immediate fix. I hope this is an isolated issue in only a few rooms. I urge your hotel to pay attention to these details and make immediate improvements to elevate the quality of your hardware and ensure a comprehensive improvement in hotel service quality.

Amazing value for money! The sea view from the balcony was absolutely stunning, and the room was spotlessly clean and very spacious. I stayed on the 11th floor, which was the perfect height – not too high, not too low, with a direct sea view. The room had a fridge, and there's a convenience store downstairs. The beach is just a 10-minute walk away. There were two large beds that I pushed together, and it felt like it could easily sleep 4 or 5 people – super huge! The butler was also incredibly nice and all his recommendations were fantastic. Seriously awesome! I'll definitely be back next year!

After arriving and seeing the partial sea view room, we paid a little extra to upgrade to a full sea view room, and it was absolutely worth it! The ocean view was fantastic. We even woke up early on a sunny day and caught a beautiful sunrise – perfect for photos. The room itself was clean, and the facilities were well-maintained and functional. Highly recommend this place for a family vacation with kids!

The room's balcony offers a great view, directly overlooking the sea. The interior is spotless and well-equipped. The location is also quite convenient for getting around.
