Hotels with Bars in Yangshuo

Amazing price-quality ratio. Clean room, simple but tasty breakfast, lovely tea and fruit every afternoon, nice views from the rooftop, caring staff who speaks a bit of English. Really quiet at night too. Such a steal. We downgraded our room about 15 days from our arrival because the bad weather report and we regretted that decision (if you do get a better room, request one not near the elevator. It’s a see through elevator facing a couple of the bathtub rooms). It’s a short drive to Gongnong bridge, a short drive from bus station, a short drive from the cruise pier. Didi is dirt cheap, and you can get a Didi in less than 3 minutes even in the small towns along the Yulong River. Loved staying here, would come back.

Flawless hotel, by far the best we stayed in during our 3 week trip in China. Everything was clean, beautifully decorated and with a really nice vibe - it felt like a hotel in the Carribean / Hawaii. The service from everyone was also exceptional, the staff were super friendly, helpful and lovely, especially the ladies in the restaurant on level 6, who looked after us so well! The food in the restaurant was also excellent and we really appreciated the Western options, which really tasted lime what we'd get back at home. We had been craving that after so much time away! Free breakfast options were great and it's by far the best free brekkie we've had in china. Good views of the karst landscape as well. The reception staff staff also extremely helpful With bookings and arranging activites and transport. We also loved the free hourly shuttle into town and free bicycle rental, which made everything so convenient. Overall, the hotel felt like a luxurious oasis away and the perfect base from which to explore yangshuo.

This hotel was beautiful and from the moment we arrived they took such good care of us. Jason is a superstar! Because I was arriving late at night during a holiday, he booked a car to pick me up. We were upgraded to the most amazing suites. The bath was one of the best I have experienced ❤️ and the bed was so comfy. The food was great - every day breakfast, afternoon tea and supper was complimentary. We also ordered food from the restaurant which was delicious. We could go out and do activities and message our order when we were on our way back to the hotel. Nothing was too much trouble for Jason.

I recently stayed at this hotel and I must say, I was thoroughly impressed with my experience. From the moment I arrived, the staff went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. They even picked me up and dropped me off at the train station for free, which was a very thoughtful gesture. The room was great too. It was spacious, clean, and had all the amenities I needed. And had a wonderful view from the bath tub. I also appreciated the fact that the staff created a WeChat group with all the employees, which made it easy for me to ask any questions about activities to do around the hotel or anything else I needed during my stay. The staff were all very friendly and knowledgeable about the area. Overall, I had a wonderful stay at this hotel and would definitely recommend it to anyone visiting the area. The excellent service, delicious breakfast, and comfortable accommodations make it a top choice for me. I look forward to staying here again in the future

If you’re still contemplating on whether or not you should visit Yangshuo well…I’m here to tell you to book at Paddy Field Resort and come enjoy the beautiful scenery and do a bunch of activities. I’m in awe of the beauty that I woke up to every morning from my hotel room. The room was spacious, clean, and had a big balcony. They brought drinks to the pool for me and helped me buy tickets for all the fun activities that I did. A special thanks to the employees that drove me around in luxury cars. I was solo-traveling and didn’t know my way around. They helped me book a driver from the Airport to the Resort then also took me wherever I wanted on time with no delays. The food is predominantly Chinese cuisines but that didn’t bother me much. I did try the beer fish and it was delicious. Thank you so much for the wonderful stay, It didn’t feel like I was alone.

Beautifully restored sugar factory turned hotel with amazing hospitality and activities. We spend the day in the hotel, joined the free photography session, candle class and tour of the hotel. Joined rock climbing, which was very scary, but the instructor is knowledgeable. Each guest has a personal Assisant. Alyssa was very helpful in helping us schedule and organise actives. The hotel is in a secluded area, you will need to travel by taxi to other destinations (10min-1hour). Personally I dont think it was too noisy even though there is traffic but the road outside. There is night time firework session. The breakfast buffet had amazing selection. For a hotel located in the forest there is surprisingly little mosquitoes. It’s better to schedule the photoshoot during the day as it gets too dark for pics at night.

Now in 2023 I returned to Yangshuo Mountain Retreat, first visited in 2017. It is found at an idyllic spot on the Yulong River and is my favourite of the five hotels I have stayed at in the Guilin-Yangshuo area. It is more of a lodge. A day spent sitting at a garden table combined with a short Riverside walk brought me back after 6 years. The location I wold include as an amenity! All staff speak English well, several remaining at the hotel over the years. It was nice to7 be able to reminisce with the staff met previously,, including Michelle who doubles up as a tour guide.

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. It’s a great location, very clean and modern - the perfect stay when in Yangshuo. Cathy and Lacy were also very helpful and friendly and made our stay wonderful. The view from the room and rooftop were fantastic.

Getting there at first was a little far from everything, and the bellboys did not help with our luggage and seemed to have an attitude. However, everyone else at the hotel was fantastic. Banyan is one of my favorite brands and I loved staying there in Bali, and Bangkok. However this Banyan felt a little off, the breakfast took us a while to get a table and once we sat down a waitress told us in Chinese to “hurry up and eat quickly”, since breakfast ends at 10:30, it was only 10am when we got seated. Otherwise, The views are fantastic here, I feel like the rooms could’ve been a bit bigger but otherwise everything else was fine.

Perfect location, 3 mins walking to the West street (main walking street), a bit noisy at night, but till 12 am. Breakfast is fine, I think hotel needs to buy a coffee machine, cause many foreigners are coming now😄 Restaurant has an amazing view Front desk is very polite and friendly, some can speak English a bit.
