The hotel name was misleading but overall the stay was great. The room we stayed in was terrific!

Amazing place really loved it! The view is one of the best I have ever seen and the rooms are well kept, clean and comfortable. The restaurant has some good options as well. Overall a GREAT experience!

This was our second time staying at the Four Seasons Yunqi Resort in Yangshuo and it did not disappoint. We were in Yangshuo for Chinese language training nearby at Omeida and it was a perfect place to stay. The service was exceptional. The staff were kind and helpful. Our room was beautifully appointed and so comfortable with views of the karst mountains and lily pond streams. The breakfast provided the right amount of choices and the afternoon tea was a nice treat. We had dinner at the hotel and enjoyed every bite. One of our favorite things is the bedtime soup. It helps us sleep after a day of study and site seeing. When staying in Yangshuo, the Four Seasons Yunque Resort is our first choice.

One of the best hotels I have ever visited! The room was beautiful, and super clean (I am very picky about hygiene and cleanliness but this hotel was perfect in this sense) and service was good, location was also nice since it was so tranquil and the surrounding was quiet.Even there is a comfortable car arranged by hotel! One of the best was the professional photo session offered by the hotel, you can select a beautiful traditional costume for free, and also they will provide all the accessories and even there is a makeup artist to take care of your makeup, so you don't need any nice clothes or makeup as everything is organized by the hotel photography place. I loved all the photos they took, they beautify the photos so all look amazing, had difficulty choosing!! The photographer is so professional and they have amazing costumes!! Dressing up and makeup and phorography session all free of charge when you book the hotel! They give free photo but I bought some because quality is amazing! Will definitely visit again!

The hotel has spectacular view with super friendly staff. They offers good tips where to get around. The hotel also provides free transportations to nearby area and one-hour professional free photo shooting. It’s fun to try on their colourful minority tribes costume or your own cloths for pictures taking. Deserts will be served at rooms after 8pm. We will come back again😁

The hotel location is 10mins drive from the West Street which offer a lot of restaurant, shop, and bar. The shuttle bus provided by the hotel was amazing, the staff is very responsive & helpful. Some of the public area might need improvement regarding the building quality & landscape though the room was big & clean.

Enjoyed our stay with excellent customer service. Helped us to arrange 2 days of tours. We really had a great time taking a cruise to Yangli. The outing at Ruyi Peak is such a memorable experience. Best part is the electric bike adventure. Our driver is very entertaining.Breakfast at outdoor is awesome with scenic n captivating view of mountains. Xiao Wei, Xiao Lu n other front desk staff are very helpful n attended to every queries We loved the dessert served to the room every night. The room is very spacious and clean. Shuttle service to West Street n nearby eateries is a plus. Not forgetting the free photo shooting by Foxlook. They did a winderful job in the last minute request before check out. Photo turns out very nice. Overall, we love Yangshuo n staying at this hotel is the best experience away from city. We highly recommend this hotel and would definitely come back again.

We’ve got free upgrade and the room is spacious with beautiful view. Love the photo shooting package. Staffs are very friendly and helpful. We can book the hotel limousine to places nearby for free. I will definitely come back again

The hotel amenities, services and location is great as a base to travel around this area! The room is clean, large, with a good view of the surrounding mountains, it's quiet as it is situated beside a street with lesser cars. The service staff are friendly, willing to help. It's a pleasure to stay here!

Hotel is super clean however name is misleading as it's not part of four seasons group but a local Chinese hotel. Our stay was comfortable as the property is quite small with limited rooms and amenities. Breakfast was good but very limited options both in Chinese and Western dishes. A little expensive but overall satisfied.

We had a wonderful stay at the Yunqi hotel. The hotel is beautiful and a little bit outside of Yangshuo with super nice hiking trails close by. The hotel is super clean and the rooms are modern and comfortable. The best part was the service. The hotel was incredible helpful with organizing trips and food for us. As European travelers (with no knowledge in Chinese) we really needed the help and the hotel never hesitated to make our stay comfortable.

Nice hotel with an amazing view over the mountains. But the highlight was the friendliness of the staff. They added me on WeChat and were extremely helpful not only in the hotel but also helping me with visiting the region.
